Purchased 2 number 2 balloons today for my daughters birthday party.when we got home the balloons were deflated we returned to the store 30 minutes later,and the girl behind the counter said no returns or refunds on balloons.we paid $23.00 not a cheap price for cheap quality...Think twice before you give your business to a local store who doesn't do right by local people... read more

Excellent customer service. I had an order for two dozen specialty neon balloons that proved to be a challenge to work with. The manager/owner was so gracious. Definitely recommend. read more

Rude is all I can say. Two times I have gone there and the person working was rude. Not in any rush to help me. Just left me standing there while she made balloon arrangements. Not an I will be right with you. Or one minute i am busy. And the store was completely empty. Nope just standing there. I guess I have to find another place. read more

BEWARE...... this company charges a "convenience fee" of 1.00 when using a credit card. This is illegal. I didn't even notice until I looked at the reciept later, but my 4.99 cups had $1 added to them so my purchase was 5.99. By law a surcharge (which is really what it's called but apparently the owners don't know the difference between a conveniece fee and a surcharge) can only be max 4% of the sale, and discover doesn't allow it at all. I got hustled. I should be charging THEM a convenience fee for having myself walk into their store and making a purchase, not the other way around. read more

I purchased merchandise from this location and questioned them about the price charged not being the price advertised and they would not allow me to return the merchandise and I had not left the business. The merchandise was still on the countertop but they had completed the transaction charging me the full price. I had shopped this location for many years and am very disappointed in their customer service. The business doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. read more
