Upon setting up for the event, half of my "2 Giant Decorations" were missing. Instead of having an entire banner, I had half. I also noticed that the top of the package was scotch tapped shut. This business is overpriced, understaffed and not accomidating. I ordered over the phone and confirmed everything. I called the day before pickup and they couldn't find my order. They finally found it but had no name on it. Went to pick up at 5pm and waited for approximately 40 minutes! I just made it to my father's surprise birthday party to finish setting up. No apologies, no smiles, no customer service. I spent over $100 in balloons and they were so tiny and deflated a bit. They wouldn't even put plastic over the balloons to keep them from getting tangled or out of control. Never again...will definitely not be back and happy to spread the word...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

This store is kind of a low budget Party City. Conveniently located in Mall Row off of Seaboard Ave. next to the OfficeMax. It is not as large or fancy but still has a decent selection of party goods. They also had some of the items I needed al 50% off. Cha ching ! Would co.e back again for sure. read more

Worst experience ever! Spent over $300 dollars on balloons that stay inflated for at less than 2 hours. I took them back by the store and the girls behind the counter apologized and let me know it was probably because the new owner changed the policy with how they inflate the balloons. Due to the helium shortage employees were were instructed to mix more air in with the helium to save money and to reduce the amount of helium used. I paid full price for this service and needless to say our child never saw the balloons at her birthday party. Not even a call back from management! NOT IMPRESSED WITH NEW OWNERS OR NEW MANAGEMENT!!! My mom stopped to get some paper plates for her grandsons graduation . They were on a shelf that was marked $5.99 At the checkout counter they were rung up for 17.00 apiece. Two stacks of paper plates some smaller plates and some napkins came to $94! We went back to check the shelf and it was marked 5.99 but that was for old stock . We hadn't left the store but they didn't allow refunds only store credit. It was deceptive and downright rotten to treat customers like this. Shop at your own risk. We won't be returning read more

I stopped by to have some balloons blown up and the young lady behind the counter was very nasty and rude. They wanted to charge me $9.50 per balloon to blow them up, I even had my own balloons. That is an outrageous price and when I tried 2 to talk to the young lady behind the counter she got very nasty, rolled her eyes and made a comment under her breath that I could not hear. They think so much of themselves that they more than doubled their price but then when I questioned them about it had the idea that insulting the customer was a great idea. Customer service was horrible very rude.The staff isn't very knowledgeable about the merch or when they will be getting shipments. There prices have gone up which would be okay if it just didn't happen over night. I'm not sure if they are under new ownership but I don't see any of the old staff which was extremely helpful every time I went in. It's hard to place balloons orders when I have to wait on a phone call back from apparently the only person who knows how to do special arrangements.I would not recommend them for a party and I will not be goin back. read more

I went here to get napkins and plates for a party (32 PAPER) of each and was charged $70.27 which I paid (although I thought it was outrageous for a child's birthday party.) My sister bought the same things. It was an honest mistake and was miscommunication between us two. I purchased on Jan. 20, 2020. So I told her I would take my back as she is in another state. I went to the store on Jan. 22, 2020 to return with my receipt and they told me I could get store credit only. They said we put it on our receipts at the bottom. I told them it's been 2 days since I purchased. The blonde headed woman thought I should be reimbursed, but the other one called the greedy owner and she said no. So now I have a store credit of $70.27 I will never use, because I have no children and was doing this as a favor for my sister for her grandchild. I WILL NEVER STEP foot in THIS STORE again! It's poor customer service and the owner shoulder pardon some purchases. Please any one out there if you need party supplies, order from PARTY IN A BOX.
