I just had the absolute most disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them January 18th about an event in April. The woman said she wasn't booking yet that far in advance but we set up all of the details for the party and she would get back to me in March when she started planning for April. In February I wanted to change the date and she replied "no problem!"! I didn't hear back at the beginning of March so messaged her to double check that we were all set. Come to find out they aren't available and I was told to keep them in mind for a future event. Definitely WONT be doing that! Thank goodness I had a backup plan. What a shame! read more

This is the third time we've had Party Karacters entertain the kids at our parties, and they never disappoint! As the hostess, it's so nice to be able to relax at the party and not worry about entertaining the kids! Nicole is very easy to coordinate with and Princess Anna and Olaf were prompt, professional and wonderful engaging all the 20+ kids (ages 1-10) at our party. For our Teddy Bear Picnic party, I requested that the characters play some specific teddy-bear themed games with the kids and to use some specific music for Musical Squares and other games, which Anna downloaded ahead of time and had ready to go. The performers were great at going with the flow; when the kids were done with the games, Olaf followed the kids to the playground and played with them there, while Anna made some cute balloon animals for the kids who wanted one. Last weekend we had the Mandalorian visit us for my son's 6th birthday. We were beyond impressed with the company's professionalism and characters! Lindsay and Nicole were organized, with detailed information about the event and a variety of options for the character to do with the kids. The party character even called the day before to check-in and confirm any last-minute ideas. The Mandalorian costume was amazing! It was so authentic-looking, clean and he even had a voice box!
