Everything is online now and we are forced to order online but I do appreciate that they still have a store front presence. Although I don't shop there that often it does appear that every time I go I have a new reward.

Words can't describe my undeniable addiction to this place. My hair and skin love the products…read moremade by Bath and Body Works, plus it makes you smell great and provides 24 hour moisture. If you live in the south, you understand my pain. When I first arrived a young man with black hair and a great personality helped my mother and I find products for our household. I don't think he realized we were from Florida and not Georgia, which was a good thing. I don't like feeling like a tourist when I go to places, instead I love to stand out by fitting in. BBW (Bath and Body Works) created a honey line and unfortunately it will not be out for much longer due the line of Monoi Oil. I'm a huge fan of the honey line because it smells great and doesn't leave that greasy feeling after application. My heart broke when I heard the news about the farewell tour of Lavender Honey. However, on a high note I use the wall plugs all around my apartment because when your place smells great it makes you feel great. My senses are strong, especially my nose. At the moment BBW is offering a good deal for the wall plugs (5 for $23) and if you receive their e-mails, you receive coupons. I happen to have a 20% coupon. I usually want to take care the whole store home with me. When I was checking out, I presented the cashier with my coupon on my phone. I addressed some stores have trouble scanning coupons from phones, so usually the need the code from the coupon to input and apply discount. Cashing out was fast, however as I checked over my receipt, the discount was not taken off. I approached another staff member named Gabby and addressed the confusion and issue. Gabby was very professional and friendly to help find a solution. Not only did we receive money back for our coupon, but Gabby told us about another sale on the body creams (Buy 2 get 1 free), I was shocked. Gabby was a absolute treasure. You rarely meet staff members at any business to go above and beyond with customers. I tip my hat off to Gabby. Thank you very much!! When I come back to Savannah, GA I am coming back to this store. BBW you did a great job hiring great people. Anyway, go get some amazing stuff for your house and body. Both will be thankful you did. By the way, no animals testing. Yes!! Happy Yelping, Ricky

The store can tend to look a little messy/cluttered which is why I prefer to visit early morning. There tends to be less traffic and the racks haven't been picked over. This Ross is pretty big. I tend to find lots of cute baby items, self care items, and snack foods. I've even purchased designer perfume at a fraction of the cost. Who doesn't love saving money?! The only downside would be that I find Ross to not have many cashiers available so the wait can be long at times. That's what usually leads me to picking up random snacks so win win. Haha.
