I was so excited to come to this store. It was one of the reasons I was excited to visit Savannah…read more The YouTube channel LoveMeg promotes this store and when I told her of my experience, she said she herself had never had a problem with their things before. I bought a purse and pair of sunglasses July 18, didn't use the purse until I got home July 23, by July 26 it was broke. I paid $24.99, so I knew it wasn't going to be a luxury purse, but I figured it'd last longer than a week (not even). Anyhow... I figured I'd call them and see if there was anything they could do for me. A young girl (who I feel is the lady who waited on me in the store... was very nice) and took my number and told me she'd give it to the manager to call me back. I still have yet to hear from him. I messaged on Instagram and got no reply as well. My next trip back will unfortunately not include stopping at this store. I could have done something better with my money while I was there if I had known it wouldn't last long. UPDATE: I was contacted by someone from the store and was told to call and talk to Brigid, she remembered me from the store and was very helpful. I told her my issue and she assured me that customer service was top priority for them. She even is going to try and get me the same purse, but if not she offered to send me another. She was very kind and this is the only thing I wanted ... was customer service. They definitely made up on their end, it was a miscommunication of when I was to get a reply because they were out of town. I appreciate the reach out and that's why I wanted to update and give 5 stars for how they handled this. Thank you so much for your reply. 2nd Update: Brigid went out of her way and gave me her personal number, in which she communicated and sent me various pictures to find the perfect purse for me. I really appreciate their service, they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for the help Brigid and I'm sorry for the haste prior review. Update 3: I received a new purse and a sweet gift and card. This really has turned out to be the best customer service. Thanks so much Brigid!

Over the years I've acquired quite a bit of clothing from this boutique and always find myself going back to see what new pieces they've added to their collection. It helps that I follow their Facebook page so I always see the updates ( although I don't know if my husband would agree hahah). But what I love just as much as the clothing and accessories is that BoldSoul Boutique really stands for something much greater than itself. A percentage of their sales goes to a children's home in Haiti, the owner actually goes there a few times a year to help out herself. With so much going on in the world it's always good to see there are still genuine people out there who are wanting to do good. Because of their amazing customer service and what they stand for they definitely have gained a customer for life with me.
