When you are in a bind and need something quickly for that school project or home decor then Michael's is the spot. It would be my go to spot if they had more items in store. Everything is online now and we are forced to order online but I do appreciate that they still have a store front presence. I can't say anything about the service because I did not need any help while I was there and I used the self check out registers. I must say their rewards program is great. Although I don't shop there that often it does appear that every time I go I have a new reward. read more

Michael's is your one stop craft headquarters. They have everything you need. And for every season! It's always clean & well organized. All of the aisles are labeled for ease. Seasonal items are generally towards the front of the store or placed in the middle. I love to browse through the seasonal decor! And check the clearance areas too. There are generally great deals there. They are social distancing. Masks are required. The store itself is large. This makes it easy to keep your distance from others safely. Basically if you love the arts, decor, crafts and so much more Michael's has it! I've loved Michael's since I was a little girl. They have classes for children. Due to COVID those classes are now online. The bathrooms are located at the back of the store. Next to the custom framing area. They aren't the prettiest. But they are clean! Since the store is large at times it can be difficult to find someone to help you. But keep looking! Once you do they are all helpful & knowledgeable. read more

Don't go there during Christmas days at the end. 95% of the employees called-out so it is best that you call ahead or else you will be standing in line that wraps around the last row into the back of the store read more

What the heck? This Michael's is far superior to most Michael's I've been in. It's well lit, clean, organized well. There are products here that I've never seen in a Michael's before. That was exciting. The only thing keeping it from being a five star review is that the check out only had one cashier. read more

It's a chain I know but they had good service. I walked in, I wandered around I never found what I was looking for until I asked for help. You know how it goes when you stop an employee who's doing something, they're going to roll their eyes but still help you, but none here. Even when I checked out the cashier helped me find savings, and I love saving money. I try to do crafts, after walking through this place I hope that I can start to explore more opportunities to bring out the artist within. read more

I really enjoy shopping at michaels. I love there 40% off coupons. The only downfall is the store doesn't seem to have a lot of employees working and it's hard to find help and the lines are usually very long especially during the holidays. read more

Very nice, well organized store. There is so much in this store I've only been able to shop one section per visit lol. Jewelry making items one visit, artificial plants another. Today was for frames for work. Picked up some quality, cute design variations at very reasonable prices. Wrapped individually at checkout to ensure they made it safely to their designation. Checkout line moved quickly too. read more

My sister came here for beads for bracelets, and she found a variety of cute pieces. Also, I thought it was so cool that there was an associate near the checkout register, who scanned my sister's items, and gave her a card with everything she was going to purchase. So when she got to the register, all she had to do was let the cashier scan the card and pay! I wish a lot of other stores would start doing this. Kudos to you Michaels!! read more

I know Hobby Lobby sells models and has a 40% off sale every 3 weeks but it's mostly the same kits on the shelf and they phased out Tamiya products which I enjoy using and building. Tamiya, besides RC, is one of the top companies when it comes to scale models and this store carries their kits and paint and if there is something from Tamiya you want, they will be happy to get it for you. So, I am in agreement with Jeff W. of Hanahan, don't bother with reading the negative reviews. I have been in the store many times and have not had any bad experiences and it's my opinion that the negative reviews do not accurately reflect this business.

So I did and she looked and she grabbed the sticker off the bottom and said that's not the price, and she wouldn't give the item back to me. I said.. well it's marked $9.99. She said.. you can buy it for $44.95 and I'll give you 25% off. What kind of scam is this? If I've ever been in a store and something is mismarked, they honor that price. All of the decanters were marked $9.99, except the one with the different shape that I really wanted. Buyer Beware. Not sure what kind of scam they're running here, but I won't ever go in here again.
