I selected a card and walked up front to pay. Just a little background info on the store, all their cards are 50% off the price on the back so most purchases are less than $5 if you are just purchasing 1 card. They do not accept credit or debit purchases less than $5. Luckily, I had a $20 bill with me to pay cash for the 1 card I was buying that came to $2.60. When I handed the $20 to the elderly woman who failed to greet me, she rudely said "you don't have anything besides a $20?". It wasn't in a respectful tone such as "do you have a smaller bill? We don't have a lot of change." Or something like that. So I smiled and said "I do not, but hey, it's green" in a joking manor. In response I got "it doesn't bother me that it's green, it bothers me that it's a $20" in a completely inappropriate tone. I gave her the $20 and she popped open the cash register revealing several $1, $5, and $10 bills. Enough to change out several $20s. She gave me my $17.40 in change and my bag. As I exited I told her that I would be sure to stop at Wegmans for my cards from now on as I am sure they won't have a problem with $20s. In return I heard "go ahead!". I am unsure if this woman was the owner of the store or just an unhappy employee. I pray she wasn't the owner as she clearly has no respect for customers. I am all for supporting small businesses but I will not be back to this business. My in-laws are small business owners and they would want to know if one of their employees treated a customer poorly, so that is the purpose of this review. I'm not sure if that lady was just having a bad night or was unhappy with her job, but there is never an excuse for treating a customer that way.

The motor has not even been wiped off and did not look like it had even been taken apart. I suspect they just filled the fluid and moved on. I called about it, and they admitted they did not check if the repair had been successful because they were too busy. They had my mower for three weeks and I am back to square one, minus some money. This company does a large volume of work and they are shorthanded; go elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.

When ordering, I confirmed that the food would be at the location that is 5 minutes from my house. I also had a conversation about what town I lived in with the person who took my order and was given a price for delivery. Since, the worker told me it would be at the location close to me, I chose to pick it up. When picking the food up on party day, I was told that my order is at the main location which is approximately an hour away from me. I called the other location to see if they would fix the problem and deliver the food. While on the call, I had the pleasure of dealing with another worker that was extremely rude and another that told me the owner wouldn't do anything because there was no driver to deliver the food. She later stated that the staff was doing everything they could to find a driver... BIG LIE! She told me she would call the owner again and get right back to me (another big lie.) I never heard from her or anyone from Mediterranean Catering again. They obviously could not care less about my order or the mistake they made. This may not have been the biggest order for this company however it was recommended to me by a family member and a friend who have used the company for big events. Along with myself, both will NOT be using Mediterranean Catering ever again.
