Christie and the girls at the balloon counter were SO helpful in getting balloons for my sister's baby shower. I had no idea how many things you needed to know when decorating with balloons, Christie asked me all the right questions to help us get what we needed. We even brought in our own balloons and they tied fun, matching ribbons on the bouquets. When trying to get them to the car, we had trouble and they got tangled in the wind and a couple popped in the heat, the balloon team helped us get the balloons into bags and back out to the car. read more

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my niece at the Conroe's party city. I was going to have it delivered to her from this location as it is closer to where she lives. I wasn't sure about the weather or what time she might be home and changed my mind and decided to place an order for me to pick up in new Caney which is closer to where I live. I forgot to change the store location. I called at 8 o'clock this morning when the store opened and spoke with Destiny and Melinda. They were both very kind and courteous and gave me a full refund. I offered to go ahead and pay for the balloons since it was my mistake, but they went ahead and issued me a full refund. i love this store! They are always friendly and helpful. read more

REALLY PARTY CITY... You charge us $2.50 for a weight or even a bag to put over the balloons that you definitely make a profit from. Give me a break. Go to the $1.00 store or even HEB to get balloons way cheaper and they GIVE YOU a weight to hold your balloons down. Unbelievable. read more

With 2 kids, we are at party city for all our birthday party needs. They have a huge selection of different themed party supplies for both boys and girls. Party city also has toys and trinkets to put together goodie bags for the kids. They also have seasonal party supplies for everything from New Year's to Christmas. Pretty much anything you could need for a party, you can find it here. We usually get our kids Halloween costumes from here as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are a little on the high side. However, it is nice to be able to go to one place and find everything you will need, except the cake of course. read more

Me and my friend went to go look for The Incredibles costumes for us and 2 more friends for a party we had later on that day. Okay everything was great, employees are really friendly however, when we found the sizes me and my friend wanted, it took the worker forever to find the appropriate sizes, which I don't mind but they ended up not having them in those sizes so we took different sizes and the next day I call to see if I can return the costumes and get my money back and the lady that answered was in a bitchy mood and told me that I couldn't get my money back that I could only exchange, she also said that I could only do it that day because they won't do it any other day. I'm really pissed off about this, and not to mention the fact that they didn't have the Frozone costume from the incredibles, like is it because he's black or some ? oh yeah and one of the masks was missing for one of the costumes.
