BEWARE OF ICECREAM!!…read more We were enjoying the day with family, walking around the cute area and going in shops and eating, etc. We had just left a restaurant across the street where we ate lunch and had gotten some icecream from there. We were going into more stores to continue shopping after eating and had our icecream in hand.... This was the first store we were going in and before my sister & niece could even step foot on the patio the woman behind the counter SCREAMED at them to not come inside with icecream. She said they had issues with kids and icecream in the past and they didn't want a mess. Understandable - this is your business and you can run it how you please. If you don't want outside food coming in, that's fine. What is NOT fine or understandable, however, is how you can be so classless and aloof that you then continue to talk crap about the customers you rudely yelled at to not come in your store (after they complied, without ANY complaint, comment, or so much as an eye roll, might I add) as the rest of their family is in your store trying to shop! I PERSONALLY listened to the two women behind the counter talk about my niece & my sister and their forbidden icecream the ENTIRE TIME I was trying to shop in the store. It took everything in me to bite my tongue and not address you directly - I did not want to escalate the situation in front of my niece, but if you read this please know I did NOT appreciate it and I think you lack decorum. You were rude and demeaning. Please learn a more respectful way to express your restrictions to your customer - something that is more closely aligned with the reaction you'd expect from a successful business owner rather than a teenage girl. If your store is going to be across the street from a popular ice cream shop, maybe you should take the initiative to print out that no ice cream sign you ranted about for 10 minutes. God bless! :)

I promise not to bring ice cream inside lol!!! one suggestion is that you look on your website. Your store hours are wrong. You are closed on Monday. I reported it to Maps. I love your story. Keep up the good work. It's clean and well organized, and the lady behind the counter was amazing. My husband and I came in the store Saturday the 31st and the lady behind the counter was very pleasant.. I bought a hat and he bought some spice and we love it.!!

Not expecting them to tackle anyone. But what has our society come to when we just allow people to blatantly steal. In the end costs get passed on to you and I and society is a worse place because of this behavior. Of course to these employees it's not like they were actually stealing from them at their home. But in reality they were.

They also have some travel size items 3 for $6. Plus, they have a coupon I received via email for $10 off $40. What a bargain! I got lots of goodies for a very good price. This location is in Portofino shopping center so I feel it's not as crowded as the mall location. They have the store neatly organized and all the sale items are clearly marked. The register line moved pretty quickly & there was plenty of staff available to work the registers & help the customers on the floor. I did visit the store on a Friday around 2pm so that probably made it less crowded. I have been here on weekends during sales and it can be a little overwhelming because of the crowds so if you don't like waiting in lines I suggest you visit during the week.

Dear Five Below Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your Houston location and recognize one of your outstanding managers, Tonya Alexander. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and inviting the store was. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy and enjoyable to shop. What truly stood out, however, was Tonya's exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help me locate the squishies/toys I was looking for and did so with such warmth, patience, and kindness. She made sure I was taken care of and never once made me feel rushed. Tonya represents your brand in the best way possible. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her. She is truly an asset to your team. Why 5 stars? Because this is the best chocolate I've ever had…read more --- --- --- I cannot even think of a close second. This is *the* *best* *chocolate* *ever*. I am not even a chocolate person. Out of all the ways one can consume sugar, chocolate is almost always the last option for me. But if it's Laderach chocolate we're talking about, I will fight you over it. Yes, it's also crazy expensive, but I don't care. It's worth every cent. I've tried like 10 different flavors, and every single one of them is 5-stars for me. Okay, I guess I wouldn't rate the dark chocolate stuff 5-stars, but I really just don't care for dark chocolate at all. However, every other thing they sell, I would go to the ends of the earth for it. Dubai, Macadamia nut, hazelnut, strawberry, cornflakes, espresso, the truffles.... all of it is stupid good. The only negative is that it ruins all other chocolate for you. I get borderline angry thinking about all of the substandard chocolate I've wasted my time and calories on in my life, when it could have all tasted like this. Go to The Woodlands Mall. Eat the samples. Buy everything. Live with no regrets.
