I visited this location while getting stuff together for my sons birthday party. As far as supplies, it's PARTY CITY! They have everything so that's not a question. My issues are price & customer service. Some items I found a lot cheaper at Dollar Tree across the street or even on Amazon but if you have a specific look in mind for your event this place will more than likely have what you need. As far as customer service goes, everyone here was nice, polite & helpful the first time I visited. I placed an order for balloons and it was pretty pain-free. Keep in mind their BUSY TIME is Saturday mornings. When my husband went to pick up our order it was ready on time as promised but boy was it a madhouse with people picking up balloon orders & other supplies. The staff was being pulled in a million directions but they were still polite, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. If I'm going to pay a lot for stuff at least make me feel good about it lol & they do just that. I only gave 4 starts because they are overpriced for many things especially plates, cups, etc but if you don't need a specific color/ style you can go around the corner to Walmart. read more

Now I have shopped at Party City quite a few times and I've never had any issues. I've always been a happy customer. The employees are always helpful. Even when close to Halloween when they are slammed and running around. Well today I go to Halloween City and learn that it is owned by Party City. I went and shopped all was ok. They were kind of empty of things (Tomorrow is Halloween so it makes sense). However, I get to the register with all my loot. I didn't really think I spent a lot. However my total was $111.24. While I was online I was looking for a coupon. The cashier was a blonde. She wasn't rude but she wasn't very happy. She was blunt and just seemed to be ready for her shift to be over. She told me there were no coupons and any expired on 10/27/19. I was going to sign up as the website says if you register you get a coupon. She said no you will get an expired coupon. So I didn't bother. After I saw what I spent and she was giving me my receipt, I asked her if I don't want some stuff can I get a refund. As she CLEARLY heard me say Damm I spent too much $$. She said no refund stopped last week. They are only doing exchanges. I said I haven't even left the store. She called the manager over and he was a pretty light skinned young man with dreads I believed. I asked him, and I said I haven't even left the store Can I return some things before I go. He said well you came in and saw the sign. Actually I never saw the sign I replied. I just saw it AFTER I asked the cashier about a refund as she was handing me my receipt. I wasn't happy with the way he spoke to me. He wasn't rude but he wasn't nice either. He was matter of fact blunt. Now I realize he has rules he has to follow with it being a Halloween store. But it is so stupid! I had not even left the store with the merchandise. I should've been able to return a few things. Now I get home and as I'm looking at the items and out of the 12 items I purchased only 4 of them had price tags. How in the heck are you supposed to know what you are spending. Next time I will probably go to Spirit Halloween. They were a lot nicer anyway. I went there after I left because my son didn't like anything that was in the store. I was very disappointed with Halloween City. The attitude from your manager and cashier left me with a bad taste. How Party City can be so different from Halloween City.
