My go to part store and I buy balloons several times a year. They're polite and will do (in my humble opinion) whatever they can to make your experience good. Last Halloween I purchased a costume and I didn't check the items in the bag because I tried on another one knowing a size up would be just right....come Halloween (2020). I'm getting ready and low and behold no hat so I called them and they gave me a hat because of the situation...I was so happy so if you need party supplies or a costume - check them out- they have a huge selection and the store layout is spacious so even if it's busy (like the Halloween crunch) you have space to shop! Party City is huge and well stocked for all your party needs. The helium balloons collections will make every kid smile or great decoration for that milestone birthday party. The store is the busiest over the Halloween month as people of all ages are here for their costumes. (I would avoid or come in early to get the best selections) Sadly the store is really understaffed even the staff here is really nice and pleasant and trying their best to help. I gave them 1 only because i had to. Last August i ordered balloons for my sons birthday. We spent $60 on a bouquet with a variety of sizes, his theme and a large numbered balloon. 3 days later, the balloons were deflated and flopping over like wilted flowers. I went in with pictures to show them and surprisingly received a credit (not a refund) to use on my next visit. Last week my hubby went in to get balloons for my sons birthday (he used our store credit) This time it only took 2 days for 10 balloons (foil & latex) to flop over they felt like they lost most of the helium. What gives?!? This never happened when i used to purchase balloons 3-4 years ago from Party City. I had balloons that lasted over 3 weeks to a month. It's safe to say i will NOT be purchasing anymore from this store. I am going to contact them with pictures, but i'm not interested in being stuck with store credit again. read more

This location is huge and has pretty much close to everything that you can use for planning a party. The only downfall is that the items I needed were not in stock, pink rock candies, pink wrapped chocolate balls, pink tulle rolls, ivory label tags, mini parfait shooters...perhaps these items were popular? I asked the staff and they said they have no clue when it will be restocked. Other downfall is the lack of staff and slow service at checkout. Was here on a Saturday waiting in line and there was 1 staff on balloon inflation service and 1 staff at cash register and 25 people in line, the line wrapped to the end of the last aisle. My suggestion, especially for balloon service is to go early and allow for extra time because sometimes it takes about 25 minutes until you turn. read more

I'm not even sure how I should rate this place due to the lack of staffing. Came here on a weekend and only found 1 or 2 staff members for this gigantic retail space. While the girl I was speaking to seemed very nice, there were just too many customers with questions and it took forever to get an answer. The prices here are also a little ridiculous when it comes to purchasing a helium balloon and things are not easy to locate. They need to hire 1 more staff to patrol the areas and provide customers with directions. While I really like the location, the interior of this store, and appreciate that staff members are working hard...management needs to take a hard look at what's going on before it shuts down (not sure how they can keep up). read more

It is true, Party City has everything you need for a party! They recently moved to this new location only a block east from their old location and it is bigger and better than before. Staff: They are very friendly and helpful when you can find someone. I tend to notice that you can never find someone when you need someone. They also seem to be inexperienced in the new store (e.g. aren't sure what's in stock or where something is specifically) but overall they get the job done Store: They are very big and if you needed a one stop shop for a party then I would quickly suggest this place. They tend to stock those elusive finishing items you want for a party whether it be a purple unicorn piñata or light up birthday princess crown, they have it all. I will have to say that although it is convenient, it isn't necessarily the cheapest place but it isn't unreasonable. Parking lot has plenty of spaces and the store is well kept. Definitely one you should check out if you are trying to throw a party! read more

The competence level when you are try to do things last minute is verrrrry low. Like damn yes maybe in hindsight my friend and I should have gotten things ready for the bridal shower not the day of. But who really plans ahead like that?! We go into party city for the balloons and planned to order the balloons grab a bite to eat and come back for pickup. Tell me why it took 15 minutes until someone at the counter was able to help us? You are telling me that if the balloon person is making the balloons no one else can place an order? You must wait for the balloon person to finish with the current order to even get some attention?! When we managed to get someone to help us they were sold out of the balloons we wanted. So we had to scramble and think of a new plan. We managed to throw a bouquet together and said we would pay the difference of the higher price balloon. The balloon person told us we would just pay the difference of the balloon in addition to the bouquet price which sounds right and fair. So when we went to check out, the cashier somehow tried to charge us FULL price for the balloon PLUS the bouquet price. The balloon person was literally next to her telling her no it's just the difference and that was still a struggle. We were in there for at least 30 minutes just placing an order for balloons. SMH There was a constant line in there and only one cashier. They need to look at staffing at this location seriously. read more

Store has great inventory, well displayed and a huge variety you can't find elsewhere. The customer service is poor at best. You can't pre-order balloons over the phone, line ups are large, understaffed and SLOW. Staff not particularly helpful, and sometimes rude. I have been going here for years since I have many celebrations and staff is consistently poorly trained, If there was a better option I would go elsewhere. Go for the inventory but plan to take some time waiting in line to purchase your goods. read more
