Way back in February of this year I found Balloonery.com through Yelp and decided to place an order (to be delivered the first week in March) for their "Forever Young" balloon bouquet with "custom age" as a gift for a friend. One of the deciding factors was the location of this establishment and its proximity to my friends residence. When I placed the order Shawn immediately responded with an order confirmation. I noticed that I had made a couple of errors when placing my order. I contacted Shawn and he made the necessary corrections. It was a good thing because one of the errors I had made was in my friend's birth date itself. Without the order confirmation I received the balloon bouquet would have delivered a day late. Shawn was so helpful in making sure everything went just as I had wanted. The balloon bouquet was just as it was pictured on the balloonery.com website and was delivered by the time I had requested. I must mention that my friend lives in Richmond Hills, Ontario Canada and I live in Imperial Beach, California USA. so I wanted this birthday to go off without a hitch since I was trying to throw a "long distance" surprise birthday party for her. I made the mistake of putting her phone number for text alerts, so I called and they were able to fix it for me, no problem. Balloons were expected between 9-12 but they came at 2pm, which was not a big deal for me.
