The customer service was really good when I emailed asking which balloons to purchase for a balloon display I wanted to make. They responded the next business days with the links to all the balloons and accessories I needed. This made it much easier than going through their massive selection. They have a pick-up option if you want to save on the shipping cost. The only thing is that it's hard to find the warehouse. There should be more signage to help customers find the warehouse. Yes ordered from Bargain Balloons and all was well with the order and it can on time with double the price of the shipping. That was my deal with ordering a bit late. But returning is another story. U need to jump through hoops and send them the same information 3-4 times before they ....get it. 30 days from the time THEY receive the return is far too long to wait for a refund as they grab your money in miliseconds,....besides all the extra time it takes to organise a refund. They specifically tell u u must wait for authorisation and send the info. U do. Then they send u a email saying to send u the exact same information and that THIS IS NOT AN AUTHORIZATION!!! Then u phone and wait again and go through another wait time because the first person I talked to,..does not know how or the procedure for a return. Then u send it again,..then u send it again with the return order. When I talked to the lady asking why this is so problematic,..so time consuming and very confusing,...the line went dead. She actually hung up on me mid conversation. How's that for customer service. Ordering went smooth but that is when u are sending them money. Do Not buy from BargainBalloons.com unless you are a professional and know specifically what you are supposed to buy because the customer service is terrible, beyond unhelpful and I got stuck with 800 balloons that I will not use. I was told that there are NO EXCHANGES and that if I wanted to pay to ship the balloons back, it would take FOUR MONTHS to process a return, LOL. Give me a break. NOPE. That is not wht they are in the business of. The balloons did not come in the same colors that were listed on the invoice although I had requested that there be no substitutions two of the colors were not the ones I ordered and three of the 100 packs of balloons were horribly UGLY, even after blowing them up, they did not match the sites pictures. Here's a bit of random trivia for you. I make balloon animals. Most of the time, when I make them, I'm making them for between twenty to over a hundred children at a time. It's been a hobby of mine for over a decade. I remember getting my hands on my first Qualatex balloon, and never being able to go back, because they really are that good, albeit more expensive than other animal balloons. For a number of years, I just bought whatever balloons my local party store had, but those are not cheap. A few years ago, they were like $15 for a traditional mix of Qualatex 260Q standard twisting balloons. Typical party stores also lack variety in size, color, and shape of balloons. Sometimes, they don't even have the Qualatex, and for someone who makes balloons and is afraid of popping, this isn't good. I sought to find a cheaper way of getting more Qualatex balloons. I came across this site completely randomly, and I was hesitant to try it, but I'm glad I did. They have a flat shipping rate (less than $10, if I recall correctly), and they have a good number of color assortments and individual colors, as well as varying sizes and shapes of Qualatex balloons, as well as non-Qualatex latex balloons. They're also very cheap. $6.45 for a bag of 100 traditional 260Q balloons right now, before tax. It's great. I take advantage of the flat rate shipping to buy in bulk, then not buy for a long time. Currently, I have over 2000 balloons in my closet, and they're all from Bargain Balloons. LOL. I haven't bought balloons anywhere else since I came across this site. I love it! read more

I messaged them on a Thursday to see how quickly they could ship balloons for my sons birthday. They told me they would ship out and arrive the following day (Friday, they rushed it). The party was Saturday so this was great news. The party came and went and it's now Tuesday and the balloons have finally arrived. I contacted them as I no longer have use for them and I am expected to pay to ship them back to them. They said it was the couriers fault. I'm pretty sure as a company, you are responsible for shipping products to your customers within the time frame you promise. Otherwise, I would not have ordered them. But now, this unfortunate situation of not having balloons for my sons 1st birthday (and he loves balloons), and the time and money it will require from my end looks a lot like it's my fault. I live only an hour from the warehouse, but I still did not expect the delivery the next day. The service is super quick. The pictures online do not do the balloons justice. The designs and colours are wonderful.. I was a little afraid of buying balloons online. Especially since the prices were so much cheaper than I could find anywhere else on the web and especially at any store.
