The customer service was really good when I emailed asking which balloons to purchase for a balloon display I wanted to make. They responded the next business days with the links to all the balloons and accessories I needed. This made it much easier than going through their massive selection. They have a pick-up option if you want to save on the shipping cost. The only thing is that it's hard to find the warehouse. There should be more signage to help customers find the warehouse. You have to turn off of Aimco and then down the road a little bit, turn left, and drive to the back.

The container arrived on time, picked up on time and also great assistance if filling out the custom forms. On receiving end in California was a breeze for us.
