I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and price-gauging that this company does. It seems like they are a monopoly in town, but if you can avoid renting from them, please do!! Better yet, if you're looking for business ideas in the area, this might be a good one! For a party rental company, they charge significantly extra for weekend (Saturday and Sunday) drop-offs and pick-ups of rentals. I do not understand how they are in this business if they cannot reasonably accommodate weekends. Cost breakdown: - For 250 chairs, the rental cost $1750 - The drop-off fee on a Friday: ~$100 - Pick-up Saturday after the wedding (INSANE!): $1500+ I was charged an extra $800 fee for Saturday pick-up alone and then when I was on my honeymoon, I received a surprise $500 credit card from them with NO COMMUNICATION. I had been on previous emails with Allison Brooks and NO ONE reached out to the lady who was paying the bills. There was a surprise charge for the chairs not being stacked. I was more than happy to pay the pick-up team for the extra labor, but I'm disgusted that they're turning a profit on the extra time and that those guys won't be seeing that full amount of money. Overall, 36 hours of 250 chair rentals cost me over $4k. This was the worst wedding vendor I worked with and did not provide the customer service that is deserved for payment of such large sums of money. I do NOT recommend using them and do recommend paying for better service out of Indianapolis. I'm just so disgusted by how expensive they were for such BAD customer service.

Very disappointed in their service. Tables were set but not locked down and some had rainwater on…read morethem. Delivery time changed and they didn't notify me. I asked for 3 sides of the venue to be covered with pipe and drape and they stopped short exposing half of the overhead door. They drew the layout of the booths. When I added another booth by drawing it in, I requested another updated drawing and waa told they were too busy to do it and they could work with my drawing. Because they set up early without calling me, they didn't include my additional booth.

I rented a lawn aerator from them, and was quite happy with it. It's industrial and heavy, but being heavy is part of a lawn aerator's job. It worked well and didn't guzzle too much gas. Pickup and drop off were quick and pleasant. You can often rent equipment for a full weekend for the price of a day if you pick it up on Friday, but I think they have started doing discounts on weekday rentals so it balances out.

Reservations were simple to make online. We were greeted with a menu and an excellent wine and cocktail list. With very few other diners, we were treated to the best seat in the house with a view of flowering spring trees through neogothic windows. Another couple was enjoying a glass of wine on the porch, while another was exploring the interior of this fantastic Victorian mansion. Service and ambience were both amazing thoughout -- this is truly a unique dining experience. We had the langoustine cakes and the soup of the day, both great starts bursting with flavor and texture. We had the hangar steak and pork chop for entrees, paired with a well structured Zinfandel. The pork chop was particularly outstanding, owing both to the quality of the ingredient and expert preparation, paired with just-sweet enough parsnip puree, rainbow carrots, blistered grapes, and carmelized onion. The hangar steak was impeccably presented, cooked to temperature, and most important, a very delicious cut of well aged beef. For dessert we had a lemon-lavender mousse bombe, again as well presented as it was delicious. The tart lemon pop rocks on top were tge perfect touch and sheer nostalgic pleasure. That day came and the moment we had our date and venue I reached out to book with Jonathan for our special day on 10/19/2018. Our magical day has come and gone and we can't say enough good things about Dappy Hays! From the regular communication, customizing of our logo with two different photos from our trip to Venice a year prior, selecting props that reflected our individual tastes and personalities...Jonathan was incredibly responsive and collaborative every step of the way! We only had to make sure there was enough space at our reception venue and a chair and Dappy Hays provided everything else!!! Our wedding guests were continuously commenting on how much fun the team was, they would then tell us "we can't wait for you to watch our video message! That was so unique and fun!" Even a couple individuals asking for their contact information for future events! At the end of our night, Jonathan presented us with our memory album of photo-strips with notes from guests, as well as our USB drive of all the photos and videos, along with big hugs of well wishes for each of us! Flipping through that completed album together and seeing and reading so much love from our family and friends before turning in for the night was the greatest end to our perfect day! Dappy Hays set up a photo booth for my daughter's wedding. I worried that maybe a photo booth…read morewould be intrusive, or maybe kind of tacky, but no! Her guests LOVED it, and now my daughter has some really great photos of people who were at the wedding. Dappy Hays' staff came dressed professionally (no jeans or T shirts), were there on time and tore down without disturbing the vibe of the wedding -- I don't think I even noticed they were packing up. Their selection of props was great -- it brought out a side of my son that I'd never seen, and that's a great thing, because he's normally very quiet and shy, and boy, did he let loose! I laugh every time I se those pictures. :-) All in all, we were really happy to have gotten the photo booth, and I'd hire Dappy Hays again if I needed them.
