I have never experienced such poor customer service. I had a scheduled pick up for 12pm on Saturday, March 17th. At 12pm I called the owner making sure the driver was close by since we had a reservation. I asked the owner for the drivers number so I could call him at let him know which part of the Bart station my group was waiting. He refused to give me his number. 15 minutes later the driver still hadn't shown up. I finally get a call from the driver at 12:27 pm saying he was at the pick up location the office had given him... The gave him my billing address and not the actual pick up location. So now the bus is 50 minutes and the owner is no longer answering my calls. The Driver is the only reason I am giving this company a two, he was frustrated because we were upset and the company was yelling at him as well. He explained the company sent him to SFO to do a job and then called him at 11:35 am and told him to go to San Leandro Bart. The owner knew he'd be late and never had the common courtesy to call me to let me know. So not only was he late we missed our private tasting. They did add an additional hour which they should have since they were late. I had originally purchased this car for a birthday party but due to the lack of response I used another company. I have reported the company to My credit card and they have validated the company as unknown and doing an investigation. This company is under Groupon And Groupon hasn't verified it as legitimate. DONT trust this company or the people you speak with . Once I challenged the fraudulent charges he stopped taking my calls and only will let the driver correspond . My sense is he doesn't have a business and will offer a low amount but will charge more unauthorized and not the amount discussed . This is NOT a legitimate business !!! I will definitely use this Limosine company again. I recently turned 50 and was in need for a Limo/Sprinter for my birthday party in the Napa Valley. I called Abraham and told him my birthday party needs. After our initial phone call, he text me the photos of the 15 passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which I really liked wanted to use. I emailed him back to confirm and my date was set. My party of 12 and I had a ball with our driver Alfonzo. He was very professional, accommodating and showed up early to pick us up. Very prompt. I was looking for a party bus for 14 people and luckily found this service. It was a last minute booking but owner made sure that we do not have to worry about it. The communication was very professional and we were given few choices. Went from San Ramon to Pleasanton to Livermore and then back to San Ramon. The charges were reasonable and driver was super friendly. He went extra mile to make sure that there are no issues and we felt very safe all the time. I highly recommend their services. I used Party Bus Guide for a wine tasting tour in Sonoma last weekend. We had an 8 person limo for 5 hours of wine tasting, which also came with two bottles of complimentary champagne in the limo. We were picked up and dropped off within the town of Sonoma. It took awhile to get a hold of the booker to get my reservation set up and confirmed, but otherwise was very happy with the service. The driver was a very good communicator and let us know he would be a few minutes late due to traffic. I told him the general itinerary the day before, and he was ready to take us from winery to winery. He was flexible when we wanted to stay at a place longer, or wanted to skip one winery and proceed to the next. We ended up extending our trip an extra hour since we were having such a great time. Had an alright experience with this service. The Limo was clean and the driver was great! They arrived right on time and we got back to our destination with no issue at all. Issues - Had trouble with communication along the way...booking, payment, pick-up confirmation, etc. I was double-charged for our reservation...which I was refunded for, and given an extra hour of service for FREE...but the refund process took a bit over a month to be completed...which was crazy....but in the end it was taken care of and they've offered me an additional 2 hours free when I'm back in San Fran... This "company" is a SCAM! Abraham is a con artist. Shady from the start. Booked a limo 1 week in advance. Poor communication the whole time. Refused to talk on the phone. Took my card info. The day of the event I get a call 1 1/2 hours before from the so called driver that the limo broke down! Tries to justify by saying that the contract says they are not responsible for mechanical failures!!!!! Charged my card TWO DAYS before the event and never refunded it. Had to report them as frauds to the bank and file a police report for fraudulent activity. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR FINANCIAL INFO!!!
