Very solid and growing auto parts store business with several locations in the GTA and seemingly…read moregood supply & warehouse connections. I have only ever dealt with the Scarborough location at White Shield Plaza but there's been two more in Markham for a while and more recently a branch in Newmarket. Appears to be locally owned from what I can tell. I've used them multiple times since 2014 for my own and family member's cars - mainly Brake & Suspension components but also an aftermarket axle shaft - everything has been legit and has held well up for years. Prices are not as good as they were 2014-2018 but still around average on established brands and they offer decent amount of off brands as well. In-stock levels are very good by today's standards, and delivery times for other items has always been same day. There is an online part look up and availability tool that looks primitive but loads faster and requires less inputs than national chains or Canadian online sellers. Friendlier and more informative over the phone than Hot Spot, open 7 days a week with longer hours than most. I still turn other stores like Best Way or CT occasionally - the retail parts landscape here is poor and nobody can fulfill every need. But with the demise of the excellent Wexford Auto Parts 13 years ago and NAPA Canada becoming a sad shadow of itself in recent years, This figures to be my go-to parts store in the neighborhood.

They have surprisingly good range of parts and brands in stock even for older models and same day access to almost anything else from the warehouse. Manager usually works the phones and counter and is very forthcoming providing all the brand and price options.They carry many of the off-brand lines you see in online parts catalogues (Standard, Spectra, Crown, OES Genuine) at prices very pretty to online stores but with added convenience of same day pickup and dealing locally for things like claims or core returns. I've installed a couple of Spectra Ignition coils from them for a great price, a Moog Control Arm-Ball Joint unit and they had in stock a specific NGK Laser Platimum plug which was a special order in all other stores. All have held up well over time removing any suspicion about the authenticity & fitness of the products. While I still consider 747 Auto Parts to be the gold standard in direct-to-consumer parts (given the near demise of NAPA as a retailer) Best Way is also a really good option for consumers who get their own parts in the north-east quarter of the GTA.

Her hand held didn't have a specific locations but she walked up over to the aisle she thought it would be in and helped up look. We couldn't find it so we have up and started to shop for other things. She ended up finding it at and ends aisle and looked for us in the store to give us the item. I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond... gets my vote for amazing employee. Need more like her.

I went to this location (Jan 27,2026 )to buy the item SKU: 9390121. Before I go there I check in…read morethe system and it showed 7 in stock. When I reached the store around 10:00 a.m. there is none in the shelf. I asked one of the customer service rep about this item and she got the details and come back and said the inventory is wrong and we don't have this item and I confirmed with the manager(Heidi). I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. This store online information about the available items and the quantity is not reliable.
