My suspension and ride needed help; they replaced the stabilizer bar and other parts, significantly improving my ride and handling. Recently, I brought my car in to make the air conditioning colder. Both are super nice and always willing to listen to you car concerns and take a look for you. I feel lately like I'm living at Wayne's Auto (between my car & my boyfriend's car). When the mechanic down the street who did my oil change told me I needed a new radiator STAT, I took my car to Wayne's. Scott said, I did all these checks & don't see anything wrong with your car. My boyfriend needed a new clutch system, Wayne's said sure, go ahead and purchase the part, we'll just charge you for labor. Saved him a good $500 +! When he thought maybe there was a problem after the new clutch was put in, Scott looked at it again....Free of charge! I know parts are expensive, but that's ridiculous. She told them that was too much and called around and M & S Auto's estimate was for 260.00. They recognized the dire need of a working Mom. They had compassion for her situation and helped her. They fixed her car in 20 minutes, instead of the Tuesday, originally stated. She had her car towed to Auto Repair Inc.1st. They did a diagnostic test on her car. They charged her 70.00 for that, and gave her the 700.00 estimate. When she wisely declined, she tried to pay the bill with her credit card over the phone. They refused to take payment over the phone, and refused to release her car to the towing company. She was sick, with 3 kids, I gave her a ride to the shop to pay in person. They made her wait around the desk, while the workers stood around, taking another customers info over the phone. One guy told her to quit asking questions. What type of men take advantage of a woman, who is obviously sick and struggling. Speak to her in a way that she comes out sobbing, at her wits end. SHAME ON YOU AUTO REPAIR INC. Took my car in for new struts all around, new thermostat and new rack and pinion…read more Didn't want the diagnostic because I've had the car looked at 3 times already so didn't want to pay another $130. Talked with Josh at drop off about it and was told, well if anything else happens why your car is here we didn't do a diagnostic so it's not looked at. (Sounds fishy) Get in my car after the repairs and now suddenly the power steering pump is whining like it's being deprived of power steering fluid. Now Brady says "well, you didn't want to pay for the diagnosis. So we can't tell you what's wrong." It was NOT having any issues with my power steering BEFORE I took it in and now suddenly overnight the pump went out when it was perfectly fine yesterday and the belt was replaced a month ago. Make it make sense. I feel like they pinched a line or did something to sabotage my power steering to get more money from me. I decided to take my car home anyways but the whole way it was SCREAMING!! I will be getting a second opinion about this!! Let me also be perfectly clear!! There were NO issues with my power steering BEFORE I took my car in. I've had it looked at 2 times in AZ and once here in Cleveland by Toyota only a month ago when they replaced the belt for the power steering. The rack and pinion needed replaced before the boots were torn and you can't just replace the boots.
