It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

My car desperately needed an interior cleaning with dog's hair everywhere along with nose smudges…read moreand dirt from our hikes. My exterior was also bad with tree sap and road grime. The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. After the foam wash he made sure all the road grime and tree sap was off before applying the ceramic coating I asked for. This is my new detailer from now on and I don't even have to leave home.

A used car with 9,000 miles. An exceptional used luxury car indeed. I received Mercedes relatively clean with very little usage. OMG! When I arrived at Marlon's shop my car gleamed in the sunshine! They even left garbage in my driveway. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the poor service and agreed to a refund -- then completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no accountability. I am so happy that happened. I spoke with Russ on the phone, explained what was wrong with my car, and he told me I could drop it off at my earliest convenience. I was worried about taking it there because I didn't have a ride home and would have to walk several miles. I told Russ this but he said they offer free rides to and from the shop, which really sold me on bringing the car here. I got there this morning right at 8am. I met Russ, who is quite possibly the nicest human I've ever met. He drove me home, discussed what he thought the issue with my car was, and even prepared me for best/worst case scenario. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help. He called me promptly after confirming the issue with the car, gave me a fair price, and told me it would be done today. He called me right when the car was done and even offered to come pick me up if I didn't have a ride. I was so pleased with this whole experience and I really feel like Russ eliminated all the stress I was feeling. I would highly recommend this shop.

My husband's truck was here for 7 weeks - maybe even more! I stopped counting. The airbag sensor malfunction was not addressed. When my husband started the truck up just to see that still appeared, he asked why... apparently it costs a lot. Well buddy, we just dropped $2K - what's another few hundred bucks? We're trying to sell the truck in the end anyway. After my research online, the airbag sensor is a common problem and many folks were able to fix it themselves. Why didn't he just fix it for us? Likely because he wanted it out of his lot.
