No explanation, no refund, nothing. This was a total waste of time and money. Completely unprofessional. Don't book with this service unless you're okay with being ghosted and losing your deposit. I had to pay for all this to be adjusted and was a pretty penny I had to pay. They're in a small vehicle and don't have the right equipment to handle such a job and to put things back as they were. They came that morning about 9:30 and didn't leave until that afternoon about 8:30. Worked in the dark for about 3 hours. This company is good for simple jobs but not important things like adequately performing difficult services.

When I called they said oh when didn't hook It up yet. So 1200 for a new key and tumbler. I was recommended to this place and is the worst mechanic and business I have ever used. I am 47 and have multiple vehicles. They offered no resolution when I wrote and email saying how disappointed I was with the service. They Just responded we didn't hook It up. They actually removed the Jeep harness and jerry rigged it to work. They didn't leave it in the Jeep! Then through it away. 980 to replace it plus install. Now one year later the tumbler doesn't work on the ignition. The Work they did is so shady - they put in the wrong ignition!! Again, no big deal, places get busy. I dropped the car off at 7:15am and was called by Tina at 2:30pm and told, "your car is ready". When I arrived, I see my car with half old tail lights and half new tail lights that look NOTHING alike. One set is chrome and one set is regular reflective lens from the factory. PROBLEM! The car looks like a circus freak. I was told the mechanic didn't have time to finish them and I would need to come back another day when he wasn't as busy. Why didn't anyone call to ask if I was ok with only half of the work being completed before starting the job? Ok, you can at least put the car back the way it was when I dropped it off, right? WRONG! They wanted to be paid $37.25 for messing my car up and leaving it that way. BEWARE before leaving your car here!

Found B and D in Robersdale. They were able to get us in in a timely manner, (we made an appointment a week in advance). We figured we would be stuck waiting for hours. Very surprised when we received a call two hours later telling us it was done. Best of all, labor rates were A$50 an hour cheaper than any other place we researched. Cant remember the exact wording. Im on disability. It took some time saving for this. Sweety helped out too.i added a $40 tip. My car was used by my bodfriend while i was in the hospital 3 weeks. Driving it to his construction site job.. eating in it while going to the hospital each day. Alabamas red dirt was ground into the drivers carpet and the red dust was on the dash and such. But he was told it job would cover EVERYTHING. Of course the usually cleaning and the seats shampooed and trunk done. Plus a wash for the outside. The outside, floors dash and middle console was great. The trunk was never even opened. I was called outside after they had partly done it.. asking " what was most important to me to be done" I found that a hard question to answer. It was obvious the promised job wasnt gonna go. I got that. But i thought it strange to offer such a without seeing it first. I didnt know how much longer it would take for what i was willing to SETTLE FOR to be done. They had already worked on it 2 hrs. The drivers side floors were vacuumed, dadh and console and some windows cleaned. He had a small vacuume. Dont know how strong it was but that had to take a lg part of the 2 hrs. All in all. The outside looks Great!. The floors and front seats and dash n such looks great. They earned their money no doubt. But the back seats has serious stains from hauling decorations and such frim the holidays and all. My bf will have to clean it. And the trunk. There was no trash or anything to work around. The windows needed a good going back over. And drivers mirror was no good. But you cant meet or hire anyone harder working or nicer. So.
