But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. There were definitely wet stains and other problem areas that had me unsure of being able to just refinish and stain them as opposed to replacing them. However, after a thorough yelp and google search, I came across this amazing local company with fantastic reviews. Aside from the pictures of the beautiful floor work on previous jobs, the selling point for me were the glowing reviews about everyone who works here. Customer service is extremely important to me, so from the lovely woman answering the phone and my questions, to the most knowledgeable and friendly Mickey and crew who saved and transformed my floors, Micolosi Brothers is as good as it gets. They were punctual, meticulous, and very well priced for a two day job. I went with the more environmentally friendly water based stain. Mickey is hardworking, down to earth, and as nice as can be. I will definitely be calling him again when I remove the carpet from the rest of my home and highly recommend him to anyone in need of beautiful floors. Proof is in the pictures! Thank you Mickey!

When I bought a condo, Concrete Care removed the cheap vinyl that the previous owner had put on the…read morefloor and replaced it with a gorgeous concrete floor. The work took 7 work days for ~500 square feet, and the whole process took ~2.5 weeks from when I first messaged to when they finished. I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday, and Daniel called me back on the Monday. Jack came out to provide an estimate the next day, and he brought samples of polished concrete so I could pick a color. He gave me two quotes: one for removing the vinyl and just polishing and one for also pouring self-leveling concrete and polishing that. The estimates were competitive with quotes I had received from others, and he sent them through Quickbooks within hours of meeting. We decided that they would remove the existing floor first so we could get a sense of what just polishing that would look like. They also provided a COI promptly once we decided on this plan. Jack had a three-man crew come out the following Monday. They arrived everyday from 9 am to 9:15 am. Within an hour, they had ripped up the baseboards and vinyl floor. The concrete underneath had bubbles, large cracks, inconsistent coloring, and a large stain from previous water damage. The foreman, Alberto, suggested they just pour new concrete, and I agreed. We got Jack on the phone and went ahead with that plan. The crew did a great job putting up plastic to protect the walls and the limited furniture I had in the unit. They also put up plastic in the building hallways and carefully disposed of all debris. And 7 workdays later, the floor looks great! Would definitely call up Concrete Care again for any remodeling that fits their skills. For reference, the four photos are of (1) the living room before removing the vinyl, (2) the living room after removing the vinyl, (3) the completed living room, and (4) the concrete samples in the living room before the work.

He even took the time to ask me questions about this tub I inherited for our new two bedroom unit. He quoted me at a similar estimate, but it was his phone mannerisms that made me book him. I called him on new years eve, and he came to reglaze my tub following holiday. Jorge was punctual, polite, and assessed my tub when he arrived.
