This used to be align chiropractic. I love this place. Upon first encounter, it's a tad intimidating, but really inviting once you get to talking. Things are different than they used to be, which is to be expected when business changes hands. I really like it this way. It is way more thorough and precise. Very little room for error. I like that. They take walk ins, which I'm not sure or not align did. I still have my same massage therapist as I did before. The new staff is great. Very friendly. The chiropractor is really cool. Very personable and knowledgeable. He's a big buff guy who really knows his stuff. My very first adjustment was scary, but incredibly effective. I wouldn't dream of ever going anywhere else. He listened closely and addressed all my problem areas. It was really impressive to have a doctor actually listen and explain in normal terms what's happening. A lot of doctors will do the smug "smartest person in the room" thing while you're talking, but not him. The staff is incredibly efficient. Scheduling, changing and canceling appointments is a breeze. They are very professional and personable. They remember your name and always have a smile on their faces. Wow, Wow and Wow. The most friendliest, professional and caring staff I've dealt with in years at at Doctors office. The waiting area is clean and relaxing. The Doctor gave my son and I a thorough consultation and went over each our X-rays and explained everything. The nurses did tests and didn't miss a thing. Again, this Doctor and staff know all about good care and customer service. They even called us after our appointment to check on us! Me and my wife have been getting massages for a few years now. Comparatively Align is definitely one of the nicer places we've tried. When you walk in the front office the decor at Align was probably the nicest place we have been. The massage room itself was like a standard office space, but the massage table was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the attentive to what I was looking to get out of my massage. My massage therapist was able to find spots that I didn't know were hurting. And being able to use my insurance was great. I can see more visits to Align in my future. read more
