I ordered a shrimp tempura roll & spicy California roll, and they were both delicious, fresh, and filling! I highly recommend their sushi, though the rolls are a bit pricey. Ribeye steak - very well marinaded but be sure not to order it beyond medium or it will be tough to chew. Onion rings - really crispy! Calamari tastes good and the dips are okay. What took me by surprise mainly was the hamburger with cheese and bacon. Meat is juicy and the bacon was crispy as we requested. They have a little corner in the lounge just for the sushi bar. If you love salmon, the salmon lovers is the best on the menu. We ordered the spicy yellow tail, spicy tuna, and spicy salmon...not too spicy at all & very good size rolls. You must check it out especially if you're staying in the hotel. Had a lot of reviews but to get to this place, let's just say, we took the long ass way. The server was great. Kinda like an aunt or fun mom. The sushi was good looking. The tots were good. Got way too stuffed on a grilled cheese. Took it home cause it was soo big, but couldn't finish. I did appreciate it for lunch the next day. After we ate, my belly was rocking! Stopped in on a weeknight while traveling expecting to snag a burger or something. Was surprised to find they have sushi. I was a little skeptical at first but checked Yelp and read mostly good things. It turns out it's actually technically a separate business that rents out the space and is integrated into the POS system so you get a single check from the bar. Very limited sushi/sashimi selection plus a dozen typical rolls and a few signature ones too. I was not a fan of the Rock and Roll roll (it's an oversized role where the rice takes over the flavor profile) and the yellowtail was average as well. The Philly was surprisingly really good though- the salmon a great cut, buttery, and complimented well with the avocado. Full bar and good selection of beer including some seasonal rotators. I recently visited Parlay for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Good food and great service. More of a sports bar than lounge in my opinion however the inside is nice and clean. Great place connected to meadows for drinks and a bit to eat. I was very pleased with the food selection. Breaded cauliflower and hummus plate were just enough and very good. I was most surprised by the sushi bar! Yes, they have a chef making fresh sushi and it's delicious. Had dinner at the lounge on a Friday night while staying at the Hyatt Place. It was busy and the waitress was late coming in. The bartender was great and made sure we were taken care of quickly. This lounge is located inside Hyatt hotel on the first floor. The lounge is rather small, and is following COVID19 protocols by ensuring there is social distancing between seating. Thus, especially on the weekends expect very few seating options. The lounge also includes a sushi bar. The menu is rather small and pricey. As for the food, I had their buffalo chicken wrap, I thought there is no way they can mess up this order. They did...the wrap was terrible, chicken was slimy, I only ate half of it because I was hungry. The fries were huge potato wedges that were distasteful. We also ordered their fried dumplings..yikes! They look prettier than what they taste. The only decent thing was the sushi. The food was pricey and gross. After dinner here, I told my husband "we are not coming back here!." The lounge was also understaffed, so expect a long wait to get your food. read more

November 1, 2020 My husband and I met our old neighbor to do some catching up. Great atmosphere to relax. We ordered fried zucchini and potato skins for our appetizers and they were great. I had one of their specialty pineapple martinis which was very tasty.. Our dinners came out piping hot- chicken wings, steak salad, and a burger- all of which were delicious! Great place to enjoy good food and relax. By the way, they looked to be following all CDC guidelines for restaurants so it was comforting to see. Being a non-driver from out of town it's nice to stay at a hotel that can offer REAL food options during your stay rather than heating a "TV Dinner" for you like most others near The Meadows. I want to take a moment to recognise Antoinette at Parlay Lounge. As I sat on the plane today on my 12-hour door to door journey across country, I looked forward to visiting parlay. As a manager of a customer service department myself I am especially delighted with Antoinette's amazing customer service skills and general demeanor toward customers. I visit on a quarterly basis and consistently receive amazing service from Antoinette. She is everything you want a server to be. This place is located inside The Hyatt right down the road from where it says it is. Stayed here on a Tuesday night, walked into the lounge at 10:50pm and was welcomed with "Im about to close my drawer, I guess I can get you one drink". For being brand new, you'd think they would more so try to impress then turn away. Don't recommend it for late night drinks. read more

Not many places I eat 4 bites of a burger, and I'm done. Bartender took my plate and didn't even ask if there was a problem with my food. Hyatt goes cafeteria level at their Hyatt Place hotels in my opinion. The burger had a perfectly round piece of processed bacon, burger meat was disgusting. Breakfast is also not appealing at Hyatt Place. I stay at Hyatt's 20+ nights per year -- but I usually go elsewhere for food. At a regular Hyatt- Whole different story ... I haven't had a bad meal.
