Here it goes about 2 weeks ago I was in an automobile accident that devastated and destroyed my car and my career. I have been left with despair, poverty, despondency, physical injury and shame. What has the Quincy done to help at a time like this well I asked Armando if they could do a make ready restoration of my apt since I have been living here over 3 years to maybe help lift my spirits some and they were faster than breaking news reporters on the scene. They have been cheering me up and working on my apt it has brought me to tears. My apt looking brand new with few more details to go. This maintenance staff is out of this world. 6 stars and a million thanks would not be enough. 100 spectacular reviews could not tell it all, free tamales for the rest of their life to these guys especially Elisha could not pay them back and to all the Quincy staff their goodness can never be repaid for all the parties and social events they put on is the best. My life is recovering slowly and getting a little better now thanks to the Quincy.

Maintenance is on top of any issue as soon as I enter it into the easy-to-use online portal, and Susan the property manager is easy to talk to and very good at her job. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to several parks and walking paths. We can walk to groceries and restaurants. We can go for a 15 mile bike ride right outside our door. And the mountains are not far. Dinosaur Ridge is a 15 minute drive, and that's what we came here for. At the same time, we have a comfortable, safe, and clean place to come home to at the end of a long day of hiking. I'm really grateful that we found this amazing apartment.

Mind you, this is coming from someone who probably wouldn't entertain the idea of a blind date let alone do something crazy like move halfway across the country to an apartment I've never seen before. So, read on, folks. After calling this place home for almost a year, I'm happy to report that I couldn't have chosen a better community and location. Denizen is nestled mere steps from the light rail, a few more steps from grocery stores, and a bit more--err, but not too many--steps from a plethora of South Broadway shops, bars, and restaurants. Beyond that, the units are some of the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen. And, as an added bonus, the new Community Manager (Sarah Park) really takes this place to another level with her kindness and professionalism. So, if you like a walkable neighborhood, free coffee, ample dogs to pet, fun neighbors, and the most friendly and attentive front desk staff you'll ever meet, then cancel your other apartment tours. Denizen = 10/10

Besides all that, this is a great location and the building is still pretty new. Many of the residents are like-minded and young professionals like myself. I would still recommend people to consider denizen as an option for living, but be mindful that some reviews may be outdated; there has been a decline in management the last year or so.
