All told, an hour and a half from the appointment time, so not so bad for me. However, there was one guy there for 4 hours (8 am appointment) and another for 3 hours (9 am appointment). The desk and workers were very nice, but I cannot risk waiting there in the middle of a workday again. Couple this with a very bad experience with Jiffy Lube (obviously unrelated), and I think I will use my dealer for everything from now on.
