The doors opened and we were greeted to check in at 6:01 am. The process was quick and easy. We did the online check in. Amanda checked us in. Now we are waiting to hear called back the appointment starts at 6:30am.. The waiting area was clean and neatly decorated.we were the first ones in so it was very peaceful and quiet. What should've been a simple blood draw turned into a waste of half a day. I don't know if the scheduled employee got too drunk to show up up or what but honestly they should be fired. In this field, you trust the person poking you and if someone is to irresponsible to even show up to work, 2.5 hours late?? I don't trust them to stick with me with a needle. It was a workplace injury, and hearing verbatim "you got hit with a door, of course you're going to be sore". Then there's no bruising or swelling, without even touching me?!?? How do you know there's no swelling? That's not all, when i said my left shoulder (which did not sustain the injury was hurting, due to compensation about not using my right shoulder) i was met with "there's no reason for your left shoulder to hurt". I'm looking into malpractice laws as we speak. Because i was treated like an absolute low life. Who by the way, still needs medical assistance... i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just here for a paycheck and doesn't give clients the time of day. Deplorable.

I had a complete workup and diagnosis. Well lack there of rather in about 5 weeks. Considering they did a mammogram an ultrasound, a biopsy and tested the tissue. I was just amazed at how quick they were able to turn things around and they were also kind. read more
