Website states they're open until 10pm, the door states they're open until 7pm with after hours appointments available. Not really sure which is accurate. I didn't even request this late time, this is what they set up. Perfect because I work until 6.... if they even wait for you. *UPDATE* Went back after they called me back to "reschedule". When I got there, I wasn't really impressed. The receptionist was a bit rude, obviously annoyed, and threw off a Ros from Monsters Inc vibe. Whatever, I don't want to go to Colorado Springs for an MRI. However, the technician was great. She explained the process patiently, put on some decent music, and made the experience pretty calming. The doors opened and we were greeted to check in at 6:01 am. The process was quick and easy. We did the online check in. Amanda checked us in. Now we are waiting to hear called back the appointment starts at 6:30am.. The waiting area was clean and neatly decorated.we were the first ones in so it was very peaceful and quiet. The tech came and got Kenn at 6:32 am and took him back. He said she was very nice and polite. The test went smoothly and 7:10 we are done.

Some said they had been waiting since 7 when the office was suppose to open. I waited until 930. No employee ever showed up. Ended up having to drive to Colorado Springs and take an appt for 1110. What should've been a simple blood draw turned into a waste of half a day. I don't know if the scheduled employee got too drunk to show up up or what but honestly they should be fired. In this field, you trust the person poking you and if someone is to irresponsible to even show up to work, 2.5 hours late?? I don't trust them to stick with me with a needle. Getting seen in a two minute appointment, when I tried to ask about TYLENOL and getting met with "I'm not prescribing you muscle relaxers". Insane. It was a workplace injury, and hearing verbatim "you got hit with a door, of course you're going to be sore". Then there's no bruising or swelling, without even touching me?!?? How do you know there's no swelling? That's not all, when i said my left shoulder (which did not sustain the injury was hurting, due to compensation about not using my right shoulder) i was met with "there's no reason for your left shoulder to hurt". I'm looking into malpractice laws as we speak. Because i was treated like an absolute low life. Who by the way, still needs medical assistance... i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just here for a paycheck and doesn't give clients the time of day. Deplorable. ​
