After Erika ordered an MRI for me, they wanted to charge me a copay to come in and have Erika review my MRI results with me. When I asked if they could bill me for the copay, they were unwilling to work with me and essentially held my MRI results hostage. I have since switched to an ENT who is an actual MD, NOT a Nurse Practitioner. And guess what? She didn't charge me for an office visit to review my MRI results with me.

What they have saved me in copays alone more than covers the subscription. When I got there, I wasn't really impressed. The receptionist was a bit rude, obviously annoyed, and threw off a Ros from Monsters Inc vibe. Whatever, I don't want to go to Colorado Springs for an MRI. However, the technician was great. She explained the process patiently, put on some decent music, and made the experience pretty calming. He tested me for allergies, ordered a nebulizer and prescribed some nose sprays and inhalers. He referred me to an ENT for a surgery I needed and now my breathing is a lot better than when I first went to him. Genevieve and Renicka are awesome too. They require masks but they are not obnoxious about it like other offices. Respect for the patient is paramount here. I recommend Dr. Bala!
