Uhm, that is actually ANOTHER reason NOT to do the antifungals. Add in my co-morbididities of age and Type II, and it seems silly to add additional risk for a cosmetic reason. No other reason to do so was presented. The call for followup on tests was a tech or PA and not a Doctor. They only spoke of the one time test without referencing trend over time. Followup was over a week after I was able to see them myself online. When I returned calls, the person was out and no one seemed to know why "S" called. I then noticed an appointment in 3 days I never made. I called the Ofc Mngr to express concern and request the Resident's Attending Physician call me, but that never happened. No one called back. When I refilled my metformin, the dosage was tripled from 725mg to 2000 mg a day for a slight a1c elevation.

They are a direct care clinic: they do not take insurance, and instead charge a flat monthly fee. It turns out to be well worth the cost, and more. What they have saved me in copays alone more than covers the subscription. You don't have to worry about what procedures your insurance will/won't cover, you don't have to worry about confusing policies, no long waits, and they do everything they can to make your care as affordable as possible. They also work to resolve everything they can in one visit instead. I highly recommend them!

Update: The billing department called me back after a month of my trying to contact them, and not only could they not clearly explain to me why one visit was covered by my insurance and one wasn't, but the representative on the phone was extremely rude when I was simply trying to understand my bill. I've never hung up on an employee of somewhere in my life, but I hung up on them. The bill ended up being almost $1000 when it was supposed to be covered by $30 copays per visit. They did nothing except provide subpar treatment and unprofessional behavior at every step. If you don't want to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars even though you're assured your insurance is taken even before you make an appointment, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They are thieves and liars. WHen we got there the doctor only breifly seen my husband for less than fifteen minutes and Not once he did give us anything not one peice of medical advice nor did he ask any questions that a normal doctor would ask. He judged my husband so poorly that the second we left he wrote a certified letter stating he did not want to be his doctor anymore. AFTER FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!
