Saw this doctor from his first day in town. He was good then. But slowly became like many other gi…read moredoctors. Hour long wait in the wasting room, visits only a few minutes long. While admitted due to major complications Dr vahil claimed to forget I was admitted (in his own hospital same building) so I sat for a week with no food or treatment. Staff kept notifying his office but he never showed up. Luckily somehow I didn't die. I would not recommend this doctor for a Gi unless you have no other choice. Uhm, that is actually ANOTHER reason NOT to do the antifungals. Add in my co-morbididities of age and Type II, and it seems silly to add additional risk for a cosmetic reason. No other reason to do so was presented. The call for followup on tests was a tech or PA and not a Doctor. They only spoke of the one time test without referencing trend over time. Followup was over a week after I was able to see them myself online. When I returned calls, the person was out and no one seemed to know why "S" called. I then noticed an appointment in 3 days I never made. I called the Ofc Mngr to express concern and request the Resident's Attending Physician call me, but that never happened. No one called back. When I refilled my metformin, the dosage was tripled from 725mg to 2000 mg a day for a slight a1c elevation.

They dont care about your health nor do they even want to mess with Medicaid in my opinion. I'm so done with this sham of a medical facility. What a poor excuse for people needing attention.
