When I didn't get a call to schedule the procedure, I called the office and was told that they had to depend on one of the local hospitals to perform these procedures and the next opening wouldn't be until July. The two dates I was eventually offered in July didn't work for me. I was then told it would be in September. When I didn't receive a call to schedule for September, I called the office and was told that there weren't any openings for September and that the doctor was out of the office until October. Apparently they don't have the resources to purchase their own equipment and so have to rely on the hospital to do these procedures. I have been waiting since March for a procedure I was told I needed. Very unprofessional and I have gone elsewhere. Avoid this provider!

I took the early morning gig, first one in, Yee RN was a gem, answering my questions, easing my mind and getting me ready for the procedure. Randy the nurse anesthetist came in happy and very comforting, letting me know about the anesthesia he would use to put me under. He wheeled me into the surgical room, Kathy joked with me, Randy turned on the Propofol, night-night. I woke up 30 minutes later, actually feeling great, no soreness at all. Dr Michael Baker MD came in and reported all he'd seen during my procedure, very positive guy. My sweet recovery nurse, Andrea RN disconnected me from all the lines and IV, let me get dressed and then walked me out to my awaiting car, twenty steps away! I so appreciated the way I was treated today at the Endoscopy Center of Colorado Springs! I'll be back in 7-10 years.

Wouldn't even give me one penny in financial assistance or 30% off as guidelines through Common Spirit. They were the only practitioner that kept every dollar from a poor senior who can't afford healthcare! LIKE Everyone else in America. Shame on you! Ask who you get to see first.
