So you want a great place to live, somewhere that's near everything? Then Hyde Park has what you…read moreneed. I've been here 15 years, and I love everything--it's close to Rt 42/freeway, Rt 130, Rt 295, Rt 676, Philly is just a few minutes away. This place has a FREE Gym, pickleball court, EV Charging, Bicycles for Tenants to Use!! They keep up on the groundskeeping--always looks great, and they have a cleaner for the hallways, too - it's always clean and smells great! The built-in pool rocks on a hot summer day (like today- 90 degrees!) Not that I need to call maintenance often--but, when I do, they're always fast and they get the job done correctly--the first time---gotta love that. And, these people are friends at this point---everyone--the office staff, maintenance, the cleaners, always nice and friendly--always smiling--even the maintenance men after completing a dirty job--still smiling and friendly. Speaking of 90 degrees, I'm in my apartment with Ice Cold Air Conditioning - in fact, I had to turn the AC Off--it was getting TOO COLD! What about the winter? Nice and Toasty, Comfortable. Snow shoveling, plowing? The maintenance crew covers all bases--and, they're on it nice and early when it snows--you won't ever be snowed in--not in this parking lot. The office staff - always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have some sort of activity for the tenants to participate in--photos of your pets, decorate your door for the holidays, Alex's Lemonade Stand, and every now and then-- free snacks - They make you Feel Welcome. Stores? Dollar general is right across the street--as is a pizza parlor, Chinese food, a bagel shop, and a doctor's office, and, I think there's a daycare over there, as well. And, next to that, a bank--if you want yours to be within walking distance. There's a 7-11 a few blocks away, an Aldi next to that, nearby Rt42 is a gas station and a Wawa. Shoprite supermarket is just one mile away--Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Chipotle, Dominos--One mile away. There are things I'm forgetting--and I urge you to check out Hyde Park for yourself--to find out the other great reasons to live here. I've been here 15 years. One of my friends, also a neighbow, has been here a lot longer - because it's Home. It's Hyde Park. I made Hyde Park Apartments MY Home. YOU Can Too:-)

But I needed to leave my previous circumstance, so I feel like they took advantage of my situation. And then they consistently harassed me for two years to make my experience difficult and try to get me to move out to raise the rent prices. ((( Regent Court Apartments 1&2 ))) WARNING…read more DO NOT MOVE HERE! Both Buildings old structure. Don't be fooled by paint over paint and small upgrades that grasp temporary attention. Cigarette damage through entire building. The place reeks of cigarettes inside apartments & outside in breezeway or walk ways. People smoke inside apartments & outside apartments. So if you open your windows to air out smoke, you'll likely get it coming in from outside as well. You can smell cigarettes coming through cracks in floors, baseboards, wholes etc. Cigarette are soo imbedded that white materials/items turn dirty cream/yellow colors. In some apartments you can see nicotine coming from walls like maple sap from a tree. Nearly everyone smokes, HEALTH ISSUES, HIGH RISK of FIRE & High Insurance premiums. Heavy roach infestation, some apartments have BED BUGS infestation. They do have an exterminator monthly, which turned roach infestation to mild, but bed bugs are still exist. Smells like urine/piss and dog poop in certain areas. Some pets on premises, but some don't care for where their pet go & leave mess. Majority of people there are home all the time & don't work. Some people aren't considerate and play loud music while your trying to sleep or stump/bang purposely. Some allow dogs to run and play inside apartments. The walls are shallow & you can hear everything. Poor insulation: - When it comes to sound you hear everything. - When it comes to weather it's either too cold or too hot. The TEMPERATURE is REGULATED. They control temperature. This means if you're either too cold or hot you're out of luck & either running extra heaters or constantly running air conditioner (ending with HIGH ELECTRIC Bill) Manager does what's necessary to get you to move in, but once you're in the Manager doesn't exist or doesn't want the responsibility of position. The Manager pick and choose what's important. Many issues that tenants complain about we're brought to managements attention, but management ignores issues. Because many tenants are limited financially, they're left with no other options. Many tenants are left to deal with issues leaving them unhappy. Their are some nice people who reside there, those are the ones who've been there many years. They're place either in front or in upgraded apartments. You'll likely be next to a problematic tenant. NOTE: Manager Linda isn't trust worthy, she likes to enter apartments without authorization. She's a sneaky, conniving, & a person who's insults your intelligence by thinking you won't catch her web of lies. ((( Regent Court Apartments 1&2 ))) WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I feeling living here seems 2015 and if you were looking for a nice rental unit that is nice size…read moresquare footage life Timber Ridge offers three bedroom two and a half bath units some have fireplaces two bedroom one and a half past units. Some of the units have been upgraded as far as kitchens and bathrooms and luxury vinyl plank flooring and now they are working on the outside of the building putting in new windows Doors shutters don't get me wrong they always kept the outsides of the buildings and grounds and excellent condition but the owners of this complex really put money back into their property. Releasing agent George is always very friendly very prompt on getting back to you with problems or questions and the team George has as far as the guys that come in and fix things or top notch they are always very friendly very personable they know how to talk and get the job done at the same time in a prompt manner. A few years ago we woke up Christmas morning and had to call an emergency maintenance guy to come in I fixed the heater that was out. He was here in about 20 minutes again Christmas morning with a smile on his face and his friendly as he can be and I feel horrible that I even had to call everybody should be home with their families on Christmas. The complex is usually on the quiet side both the two bedroom and three bedroom units are upstairs and downstairs and have washers and dryers in each unit . on March 9th I woke up to find my partner had passed away in the laundry room and he had pulled some pipes down I guess as he was having his heart attack he was trying to grab onto things and put some pipes down. I called George a few days later and he couldn't have been nicer I couldn't have been more considerate of my loss he said one of the maintenance man right over as priority of him to get the things fixed. So what I'm getting at is I have lived here for 8 years and George became leasing agent around the same time and like I said he runs this place and make sure things get done and it's not like he has to stay on the maintenance guys they work very hard and I don't know what to get paid but they deserve a lot more they are always working their butts off. So if you are looking for a rental property in the Lindenwold Clementine even further out I would highly recommend Timber Ridge townhouses for the price inside of the rooms and the bedrooms you're not going to find another complex that keeps up with their units their maintenance and their grounds. one more thing that you can't teach people is how to be nice and considerate and even the neighbors with my loss had brought food over they are nice they always stop and say hello and you don't always get that in rental properties the property I lived in before this after I sold my house after 30 years the people with me when look at you let alone talk to you so when I moved there everybody is just nice to everybody so check out Timber Ridge townhouses on West Park Avenue in Lindenwold it's worth the trip

***This review was originally posted in December, but the property manager asked us to remove the…read morereview. We were still living there at the time, so I took it down until we could move back and retain our security deposit.*** Where to begin... First: Just say no to Candlebrook property management. My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment in May '15, as we relocated from Ohio. The apartment complex is centrally located, with ease to restaurants, shopping and the expressway. One month into the lease the aesthetics of the outside of the apartment were nothing to be desired. Standing stinky water, sinkholes and ruined grass appeared gradually. Caution tape was strewn about the outside which helps as we had to dodge the goose poop that was never cleaned up. Now to the inside: We did not had cold water in our bathroom sink since MAY. When we call to get it fixed, the maintenance staff says they can't do it...we just found out today that we have to go through the buildings contractor, which is owned by the property management company. Lining their own pockets while providing awful work. The kitchen sink pipes continually become loose. We will come home from work to random puddles of water and food from the garbage disposal on the floor. Because of the constant leaks, the "hardwood floors" or the stickers that look like hardwood are lifting and warping. We have called seven times to have this fixed in the course of six months. The dishwasher was inappropriately hooked up, which caused issues with the unit appropriately washing and drying the dishes. We called maintenance because there are animals inside the walls. I know it sounds crazy, but the maintenance department said it happens and put traps up on the outside of the apartment. It did not help, we can hear something scratching in the walls late night, and the trap is still unoccupied. Our HVAC unit caught on FIRE. We turned on our heat for the first time, and about 45 minutes after we went to bed, the entire apartment was filled with smoke and fumes. We were provided space heaters for 3 days as they replaced the unit. The maintenance worker informed us that the unit had not been properly cared for in YEARS. The apartment still has an odor of fumes. I called about the floors, sink, and to get a log of the number of times the sink needed to be fixed and they have exactly 1 call logged. 1 single call about having no heat. AND the call wasn't about no heat...it was a fire! Good thing I kept track of all the requests. If I could give zero stars, I would!
