I was very apprehensive about having such personal services done due to the current Covid 19 situation. However, my appointment was scheduled with Samantha. The CR on phone was very informative and reassuring regarding safeguards put into place for my safety. Upon arrival I waited in my car as requested to wait for a text. I was notified in short order and was met by Samantha who was clearly taking many precautions, wearing mask and face shield. There were no other customers in the waiting area. I was taken back to the service are without any encounters. Once there Samantha added gloves and explained how she was using PPE equipment and how that would help protect me. In the end my experience from phone call to service was professional and expedient. In addition, Samantha is a very skilled wax tech! I would recommend this location. Shirley T

I have not gone back since June because of that experience and several other unprofessional circumstances concerning waxer and non-waxer staff and I wanted to stay quiet about it and not pile on complaint after complaint over the phone with the manager out of respect, but my wonderful experiences at Hello Sugar have prompted me to update this review so others can see the difference in respect and service.

Have you ever seen someone that has everything necessary to be considered conventionally attractive, and something is just a little off about them? It's probably their eyebrows. I'm happy eyebrows are finally getting the attention they've always deserved, if only because now strangers don't give me weird looks when I praise them on their brow game. They understand and appreciate the gravity of the compliment. As important as my brows are to me, I haven't been super selective about who I let near them with hot wax. My brows follow a pretty defined line and are kind of hard to screw up, so thankfully there have not been any casualties. However, until going to 2 Sisters I didn't realize that no casualties does not necessarily equal an amazing job, and the ladies here have always done an amazing job. I haven't had any other services (yet) but was just perusing their menu of services and noticed that a $40 facial COMES with a free brow wax (normally $12) and lip wax (normally $8) . Since I already come in for the brow wax and who couldn't use a lip wax every once in a while, the facial is basically free (spa math), so I'll be taking advantage of that next time. Definitely recommend 2 Sisters for brows. The atmosphere is better than any other place you'd go and spend less than $20 and they really do a great job. Plus, next time I see you in public I might randomly compliment you on your brow game so you have that to look forward to. 5 Stars!

I have sensitive, acne prone skin, and I swear that having facials with her throughout my teens increased my confidence SO MUCH. I would recommend her to any gender of any age, but I would especially recommend her to teens or young adults struggling with acne and confidence. Courtney truly has such a healing touch. Thank you Courtney for the many years of INCREDIBLE facials, and cheers to many years to come.

Three weeks after having my nails done at this salon, I removed the set and discovered severe discoloration and damage underneath my thumbnail. It was alarming enough that I am currently going to the ER to have it evaluated and make sure there is no infection. I hope the salon takes this seriously and looks into what may have happened so no one else experiences the same issue.

I was running about 10 minutes late for my Saturday morning Brazilian wax appointment and tried calling ahead, but could only reach an automated system. They then suggested I return later when a more experienced technician would be available. So not only was I denied service, but I was also expected to make another trip because the available staff couldn't perform the service I booked.
