I've been using this establishment for alterations for several years now through the drop off location I go to, and they've consistently done an outstanding job. From hemming pants and tailoring blouses to adjusting suits and dresses. From my items the workmanship is always clean, and professional. The turnaround time is always reasonable, and I appreciate how they take the time to understand exactly what I want before starting any adjustments. Even when I've had garments made from delicate or tricky fabrics. I may not have visited the main location myself, but knowing that my items are altered here gives me total confidence. Their skill and reliability deserve real recognition. read more

Stay away from this dry cleaner. My spouse and I have taken several garments to this location for both cleaning and alterations, and unfortunately, we have had repeated problems with the alterations. One pair of pants that was supposed to be hemmed was actually sewn to itself. I had another two pairs of pants hemmed, and on one of them, one pant leg was visibly longer than the other. I also had another pair taken in at the waist, and I have no idea what method was used, but the pants now buckle and fit improperly across the rear. To make matters worse, the prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the work. When I brought these issues to their attention, the woman I spoke with told me that the garments were not altered there and that another business must have made the mistakes. This was despite the fact that we had the alterations done at this location. Based on our repeated experiences with the quality of the alterations, the high prices, and the way our complaints were handled, we will not be returning. read more

After patronizing your services for many years, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was charged the price of a sweater for a Ralph Lauren men's short-sleeve button-up shirt. It was clearly a button-up shirt, and I found it very concerning that the item was misclassified and that my concern was not acknowledged or resolved. As a long-standing customer, I expected better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, the unwillingness to acknowledge the error or make the situation right has left me very disappointed. Based on this experience, I will no longer patronize your business, nor will I feel comfortable referring others to your services. I sincerely hope you will take customer concerns more seriously in the future. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. Before leaving two dresses that I needed for events on July 3 and July 4, I specifically asked whether they would be open on July 3 because I needed to pick them up that day. I was told my dresses would be ready after 12:00 p.m. on July 3 and that the store would likely be closing by 3:00 p.m., so I should come sometime after noon. When I arrived shortly before 12:00 p.m. on July 3, the store was completely closed. There was a sign on the door stating they would be closed that day. Unfortunately, a sign on the door did not help because I had already been told in person that the store would be open, and I had planned around that information. As a result, I was unable to wear either dress for the events I needed them for. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I calmly explained why I was frustrated. Instead of acknowledging that I had been given incorrect information, the owner told me they decided not to open because it was too hot to come in and that customers had been notified by placing a sign on the door. I explained that a sign on the door was not an adequate way to notify someone who had already been told to come between noon and 3:00 p.m. to pick up clothing needed for holiday events. I asked whether a discount could be offered because of the inconvenience, but she refused. When I said I would not be returning and would share my experience in a review, the owner responded that she "didn't want my business anyway" and then told me to leave the store. In my experience, the prices are higher than other local dry cleaners, and I have not found the quality of the cleaning to justify the cost. After this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have had much better service, pricing, and overall quality at Fairway Cleaners in Dresher. Mistakes happen, and I understand that plans can change. What was most disappointing was not the closure itself, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or customer service afterward. A sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. read more

Good service and convenient. Have been going for years. Never experienced any problems.

It's been my experience with them cleaning garments that are supposed to be white/ ivory they are great. However as of late, not favorable with cleaning my leather jacket...when I picked my jacket up, the texture had changed from buttery soft to not. I was told the change was due to how the leather was treated, and there could be a transference of oil onto the surface of where I sat while wearing my jacket. Not to mention there is now an odor from whatever has been applied to the jacket. After airing it out for two days now, there is still a smell... after calling this cleaners & speaking to the proprietor, who informed me of these changes when I picked it up, he wasn't willing to compensate me in anyway for my disappointment & dissatisfaction with this particular jacket cleaning. After all, why should I have worry abt oil transferring onto where I sit, & having the texture changed. I've been a customer for years, even before the current owners... I feel there was no regard for customer satisfaction with this situation. read more

They are very nice. Their work is impeccable. I bring in a lot of hems especially. Beautiful work!

This is a popular dry cleaning spot on the corner across from the wawa. There is parking out front and I have never had a problem getting a spot. The are open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. I have been a regular customer for a couple years and I have always been pleased. Recently (maybe beginning of 2019), they have renovated the interior pick up and drop off area. I have not compared prices to other places, but they do apply a 10% discount to orders over $20. I also don't know how fast they are because I always come back a week later to pick up. They also offer alterations. I had a dress taken in and it was great. read more

I went there thinking they could shorten 3 curtains to shorten in length . I live near them and my regular Prince Taylor's was closed. I had pinned them up to make it easy. They handed me a slip and I left. Glancing at it I went back to the store because they were charging me $96.00????? No thank you!!! I went to my other cleaner where they were less than $30. Stop screwing your neighbors! read more

Horrible experience. Took some clothes there which included my widest jumpsuit. Went to pick up the clothes paid for ALL items and the jumpsuit wasn't there. I went and spoke to the owner who says it wasn't there. She initially told me that they would call me later that day. Three days later I called and they didn't have it. Went up to the cleaners to speak with her. The owner again said they don't have it and because I took two months to pick it up she didn't remember what was on the ticket. I explained to her that shouldn't matter because every other time was there including the belt that belonged to the jumpsuit. She then insinuated that I have the jumpsuit at home and I was trying to get a refund on the time they lost. Ultimately she tried to settle and offer me a store credit for half of what the jumpsuit was worth. I didn't want that, I want the item they lost. She then became rude and again insinuated that I'm lying. My wife then went up to speak with them (mind you this has been a three week ordeal). The owner wasn't there but spoke to my wife on the phone. She requested a refund for the stolen item which was called at $150 and at minimum a refund for being charged $23 for the lost item we paid to have cleaned. The owner ultimately told my wife I don't trust you and you don't trust me then hung up on her. This has been the worst experience ever. We've been called liars and have been treated rudely by the owner. This is not the only review that stated their being rude. Unacceptable and poor customer service. We've already reported them and will continue to do so. read more
