Saturday he sent his employee to do the job, in the rain. While I was making a pot of tea to offer some, he knocked on my door to say he was finished. I looked at the clock and it had been 47 minutes to complete the job. I explained my frustration with being lied to about the hours to get me to sign an online contract with him. I tipped the employee then declined to pay anymore. Randle proceeded to threaten to come to my house and remove the panel, file a polce report against me, and is now smearing me in local Facebook community groups. Yep, he's not a good human.

A little…read morebackground on our family and clarification to why we hired a company to project manage our renovation. My husband is an active-duty Navy officer, and I am an Air Force veteran and Ohio is my home state. We moved to Morrow County in December 2022 after living overseas. We have moved every few years nationally and internationally over the past 13 years as a family, and my husband has served our country for 27 years. My husband lives in Virginia currently to finish up his last tour before retirement. I am here in Ohio handling the home, three kids, 13 acres, animals, and the obstacles of this renovation. We are new to the area and did not have local contacts for skilled craftsmen or subcontractors. My husband and I hired SRS Construction (Blue Cardinal Construction), Donald Caudill Jr, owner, and project manager, to renovate our first and forever home. He presented a contract for the scope of the project without a written completion date. The renovation process began June 1st and as of today is still incomplete. In our household we have three young children, my elderly father, and multiple animals. After several written requests for an estimated time of completion for utilities, made by me and my husband, 42 days passed, June 16th to July 27th, without running water, working toilets, showers, and air conditioning. Don Caudill emailed me on July 26th with the following; letter is in the pictures. SRS Construction's owner, Don Caudill, hired subcontractors to complete the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. After the work was declared complete, we hired licensed independent companies to come evaluate the work done by SRS Construction's Don Caudill. Based on their findings, electrical and HVAC are not up to Ohio code and and unsafe. The Structural engineer's report shows the vaulted ceiling is structurally unsound along with the stairwell. Reports are attached. We paid $54,000 to SRS Construction's owner Don Caudill for contractual work, and to date it is incomplete. We are now paying thousands more to fix the work done by SRS Construction's Don Caudill Jr. as stated in the professional detailed assessment.

Shame on Rex I don't know what's wrong with you or what's wrong with your business but I really hope that no one trusts you they'll just be there forever waiting for you to call and then their yards and Landscaping will look like a cow field like mine you are so disappointing.
