We had such an incredible experience with Parker Landscape Design! We've been at our home for several years now and, while we've done some low-level landscaping, we weren't sure if we wanted to invest the time or money for a full refresh of our front and rear property since we are planning to move within a couple of years. This was the fourth season I've used Parker Landscape Designs' services. Each year I've come back to him with the next part of my yard to upgrade. Scott and his team have done excellent work and they've been great to interact with every time. I highly recommend them, Scott is very responsive and has done a great job selecting plants that have been easy to care for and look great throughout the year. In addition to the plants, Scott's team has regraded the backyard by the house foundation and installed several pop-up drains to resolve some drainage issues. The scope of the services which we hired Scott to perform were: walkway installation both paver and rivers stones with edge restraints, Installation of stealth drains, sod, ornamentals removal, grass seeding and masonry Replastering. The entire process from start to finish was the most enjoyable and simple process I have ever experience working with a design company. When we first met we filled out a detailed survey of the scope of services that we were looking for and Scott was able to take that and present to us at our first meeting here at the house a robust list in order from prioritization of what was needed. One of the best things about Scott is he will never try to upsell you on services that you don't need and/or would not add value to your home. Scott has not only over 25 years of design experience, he uses the latest technology in terms of materials to ensure that all of his customers investments retain their value over many years. Nothing is upfront with this guy. He spends an inordinate amount of time having you sign documents where all his obligations are crossed out, and extorting money from you. From first meeting he was on time, professional, and very transparent in what we could do for our total back yard renovation. We used Parker to put in a front pathway, build a stone wall around our pool and rose garden and a large patio in the backyard with a pathway up an incline to a smaller patio. The installation is nearly 10 years old but when we spoke to them, they came in, reviewed the work to be done and repaired it. They were friendly, pleasant and efficient.
