My experience has consistently poor using Park DIA. The shuttle wait and congestion is something I won't waste my time with anymore. They emailed saying they were adding drivers and vans but sorry it's a little too late. My latest trip Thursday 7/12 I had to wait for 3 shuttles as the other 2 were full and they don't come quick enough. You wait 5-10 mins for next shuttle. If they truly want to be efficient they should be at your car as other vendors I've experienced. Returning also waited 30mins for a shuttle. 1st one that came after 30 mins FULL. HAD TO WAIT AGAIN for 2nd one. We saw other companies with 2-3 buses rounding to 0 of ParkDIAs. I won't give them another try for over a year until they can truly staff and get their business together for a better customer experience. By the way I see other comments here similar as mine. Is Sheri even doing anything about this or at least letting the owners or CEO know this big awful customer experience issue? I've posted this everywhere so people don't get frustrated as me. When you travel a lot this is the last thing you need. And we pay money for this service which is awful !! read more

I have used ParkDIA twice. It was an efficient experience both times. The lot is in a great location with good access to our route south to the Toll. I had no negative experiences other people have mentioned with the Shuttle Drivers. They found us both times at our car and we loaded immediately and from the airport they drop you right at the back of your car. I have had cars damaged using the Pikes Peak Lot by people backing out of spaces or being careless with their car door. I am sure this can happen anywhere but I really liked this place and felt my car was safe with the shuttle drivers always driving around keeping an eye out for people needing rides. The only thing I didn't like is the first time using the app I had problems. The barcode wouldn't work and I didn't realize you have to refresh your screen if it doesn't work each attempt. You get what you pay for. It's cheap and close to the airport but they aren't doing anything to prevent the spread of covid. Nearly every seat on the shuttle was filled and we had to wait over 20 minutes in order to fill the shuttle up. For the price you get what you get. read more

These guys are great!! I have been using them for 8 months. Definitely the least expensive. PLUS they have an awesome smart phone app PLUS they usually run a Groupon discount. Their van picks up quickly. Especially easy on the return! But I have to tell you.... This week, Denver had a snow storm. I was dreading picking up the car, knowing it was covered with snow. So when they dropped me off, I was walking up to the car, and one of their workers showed up with a broom! He was awesome! He cleaned off my car and I was on my way home. If you like saving money, this is easy and faster than parking in the economy lot at DIA!! read more

Disappointed to say we won't be parking here again. Pickup service seems to have slowed as this lot has gained popularity. 30 plus minutes is too long to wait for a shuttle after a long trip. Other half empty shuttles from other parking services are passing 2 and 3 times as I'm writing this review waiting for the orange shuttle. A mostly full shuttle just arrived and we will have to wait for the next one. 2 times this month I've had the same experience with this company. I'd rather pay a little more. read more

Great experience at both drop off and pick up. Quick and speedy. On our way home we left our car seat on the shuttle and the shuttle driver met us at the gate before we even noticed it was missing. Great customer service all around, will be using this lot from here on out. read more

Horrible experience. Had to wait 1.5 hours for the shuttle at east terminal. All the shuttles go to west terminal and there were 100 people waiting in the line at 2am I'm freezing cold (30 F). My first and last with them. read more

Saturday, I returned to Denver International Airport, grabbed my bags, made it to the shuttle pick up area. Within 5 minutes a shuttle picked me up, delivered me to the exact location of my car and assisted me with my luggage . How cool is that! After about 2 hours into my drive to Aspen it dawns on me that I left my coast on board the shuttle. I called customer service and found out that the kind driver had turned it in. I was instructed to send a FED EX return label via email which I did and got my coat back in 2 days. To say I'm thrilled is beyond words is an understatement! If I could give 6 stars I would! Poorly run parking operation. Because of mutiple signs, difficult to tell your parking row (in covered parking). Asked about AARP and AAA discounts and received multiple conflicting answers (including that we already had a discount applied when we didn't. Took 40 minutes of waiting at airport for a shuttle to return to parking. Shuttle driver passed by our spot saying that we needed to tell him that we were in covered rather than uncovered spot. I am so so thankful that I used park DIA this last weekend. My car is pretty old and has some electrical issues. I had turned my car on to warm it up while I scraped the ice and snow off. When I was all done and went to get into my car it had locked me out. With my keys in the ignition. I walked to their help desk and explained my situation and a the most awesome man drove me back to my car and picked the lock for me. I am eternally grateful for his kindness and service and his patience. It took us about 20 minutes to get into my car but we finally got in! We used ParkDIA because of a Groupon we found. Our car was fine when we returned, we were on time for our flight, and didn't have to wait long for our shuttle when we got back. The drivers were nice/helpful. They had a ton of parking spots available, which is nice because so many other lots were full. No issues, would recommend. read more

I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was helpful and polite. The only issues that I had was trying to figure out how to pay for extra days online when our flight was canceled. I am not sure if I did it correct or not but it did cover the extra two days. The driver was very kind and helpful after a long week. DO NOT use ParkDia if you want a quick and easy way to get to the airport. I should have just turned around and left when we waited over 10 minutes for a shuttle by our car, but we had found a deal online. Now it's 1 am and we've been waiting 20+ minutes in line for the shuttle. It's 20 degrees outside. None of the other parking companies have any line at all. Drop off at airport was a breeze, getting picked up at the airport however was down right horrible. Waiting in a line of 70 other people waiting to be picked up, took 45min to finally get on a bus. I even called the company to inform them that they had a long line of customers waiting, they said there was nothing to do that they could only bring buses to the airport when they have people to bring to the airport. Saw five times as many other companies buses. Never coming back to this place. read more

The have about 1/3 as many shuttles as the other lots around DIA. every time I park there, I see 3 or more rounds of other shuttles come and go before one shows up. Then, haven help you if you're waiting on the east side, cause the shuttle will probably be full. They're cheaper, but not worth it. read more

I've been using other satellite parking options for the last few years, but I had seen the ParkDIA buses driving around and it looked like their lot was a bit closer to the terminal so I gave them a try this last trip. I visited their website, and they were offering a free week of parking if I downloaded their app...yes please! Downloaded the app, made a reservation and it showed up as $0.00, I even used covered parking, still free. The service and options they provide are nearly identical to other parking options around DIA, but I have to say their app sets them apart. I read some negative reviews of the app, but I had no issue with it. My reservation created a QR code in the app, which was scanned at the exit gate and off I went. Upon arrival, was clearly directed to a row with open spaces, within seconds a shuttle was at my car and we headed out. Upon return, I opened the app to find where to go for pickup (didn't use "text for pickup") and saw the map with real time shuttle location, that was what I really appreciated about the app. Will definitely be using them again, even if I'll have to pay next time (; One little issue: the app has an option to save your parking space. I'm used to being handed a slip from the shuttle driver with the location written on it, so I didn't know to save my space. I did it later from memory and was off by a row, but we still got to my car. Upon return, I saw that some did have the slips with their space written on it. I have no problem using the app for this, but a little communication from the driver to make sure I had the space info recorded (either paper or in the app) would have helped for the newbie to ParkDIA. read more

We arrived at our car after a week of being parked in an uncovered spot and it turns out that my husband had left his window down all the way. Nothing was stolen and I believe it is because this lot has a great security system and is super safe to park at. The shuttles are always prompt to pick you up at your car and the pick up at the airport is super quick. I will definitely park here again. read more

I have used ParkDIA two times now and both times the price has been super, shuttles to and from the airport are always available within minutes (or seconds) and they make parking so easy to find. I got to my car this morning after coming back to Denver from DIA and realized I had left a light on and the battery was dead. I told one of the shuttle drivers and he immediately called someone. Within minutes, two employees came with a jumper and my car was up and running 20 seconds later. I wouldn't park anywhere else while traveling. read more

Plenty of covered parking spaces, reasonable prices, friendly staff and plenty of buses which drop you right at your car. This is my LAST time using this service!! I have had a few Groupons and THOUGHT it was a good deal! WRONG! The past three times I have used this service I have had to wait at the pick up curb for 10, 15, and nearly 30 min. Each time the vans would drop off and leave the area,returning to the lot. Once in the van the driver drove past two of the passengers vehicles and I had to call out the missed spots. Tonight I stood with 10 other people waiting while ONE van circled the lot. Mind you, we were ALL waiting in the area of the lot they had directed us to park in. Once we were picked up, the driver failed to remind the noobs to write down the sections they were parked in. AVOID this park and ride service and use the DIA lots or ANY other carrier!! read more

My first few experiences with ParkDIA were fantastic. In the last month I've traveled several times and consistently had issues. I've had horribly long wait getting a shuttle after parking and after returning to the airport both. My most recent trip I parked and there were 2 shuttles near me. One took off as I was getting out of the car. The other shuttle I could see was half full and left as I pulled my bag out of the vehicle. A shuttle didn't return back for 30 min. I can totally understand how sometimes you will have to wait at busy times of the day, but this is consistent waiting. I plan to research other parking options before my next trip. read more

The Bus situation is in constant crisis mode. They cannot let anyone stand, so people get left behind at the curb consistently. Expect an average 20 min wait after your flight. The wait is even worse late at night. If it's winter, you'd better have a jacket! Some buses only hold 12 people. They need a better solutions. Updated for September 2018.
