I really wish I could give 0 stars! Waited again for :30 minutes for pic up on March 8th at 11:00 pm. When we called the office was super rude and said I'll send one out and hung up! This place sucks! Going other places now! The shuttles do not run "every 5 minutes" and quite often they are full while multiple people are waiting. I have had to wait for over :30 minutes for pick up from the terminal and when you call you are just given attitude. Spend s few extra bucks and park another. read more

Be ready to wait at least an hour after getting off your plane to expect a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the parking lot. Service is awful. Price is cheap but you get what you pay for. Total crap. read more

I used to love Park DIA idk what happened to this company, but they have run themselves into the ground. I waited over 30 min at the airport to get picked up. When I called I never got an answer. I even tried getting on a shuttle that had just dropped off people and I was told I had to go wait at island 3 pick up. Won't be using them again, good luck. read more

Always an easy and cost effective experience. But today, staff at ParkDIA went above and beyond! Office closes at 2pm on weekend and my husband thought he lost his keys in the customer lounge during our trip out. We got back and called at 2:15pm and dispatch got someone to come across the facility to check the office for us. We are grateful for the help! read more

I remember the first time I flew into Denver back in 92'. I was being sent to Buckley Air Force base for a speech and I flew into DIA. Shame the shuttle system was pretty terrible back then. But when me and Lily (my wife) went to France for our anniversary back in 2017 we used ParkDIA. And I'll tell you they are the BEST. The shuttle driver was amazing! I would know I used to shuttle troops in Greece back in 1975 and trust me it was a bumpy ride. But this driver was smooth and quick. And when we came back the gentleman at the wheel was so nice and respected me. It's a shame veterans don't get the respect they deserve nowadays. I would give a lower rating if possible. If you do choose to use them, allow at least an hour to get from your car to the terminal. ALWAYS understaffed and disorganized. Paid for covered parking and upon arrival, covered area was closed due to overbooked. It took 20 minutes to be picked up once parked. Service has gone down over 5he past 9 months. We have used park dia exclusively that that time. We had to wait 45 munites to get on a shuttle as there were at least 100 people waiting in line. I called customer support and they blamed it on DIA and the amount of shuttles park dia can operate simultaneously. However, in that time I had counted 6 shuttles from Wally Park pick up passengers. The customer support person and the manager both didn't care about the wait and when I said it would be the last time we use them they both said ok that's fine and didn't care. Don't park here, it's a waste of time. I wish we would have read the reviews.. I'm not sure what's going on with this parking business. We waited about 15 minutes before realizing a whole line of about 100 people were also waiting for the same Park DIA shuttle bus. We decided to order an Uber because we live two hours away and it was at midnight. We had room for one more so we offered it to a single passenger in line. He said he had been waiting for about an hour already and the line hadn't moved much. The phone line doesn't go through to anyone. Some suggestions for the company: hire more people, have people on call, more shuttle buses, or if this is a COVID issue shut down to half capacity if you can't provide good service to travelers. read more

Getting from the parking lot to airport is fine. Getting from the airport to the parking lot is another story. While most parking services send shuttles regularly because they know you want to get the heck out of the airport, ParkDIA has decided that sometimes, they have better things to do. And that's even after you call them. Twice now, it's taken them way too long to send the airport pickup shuttle. Yesterday, I ended up waiting about 20-25 mins, and watched 3 "Parking Spot" shuttles roll by before ParkDIA could be bothered. This was after a text and a phone call. I've been a customer here from the start. It seems to me there's a pulse of sorts in terms of how things operate & latency. It seemed that about a year in things started to back-up pretty bad in terms of queue length with pickup, buses weren't operating as needed and things weren't that good. Then it seemed that things got better for a bit, but recently the queues at pick-up have been pretty bad. Last night it took me half as long to get to my car as my flight-time from Illinois. I like Park DIA, their price point is good, the folks always seem solid, but it's time to start shopping other locations. A good rule, If you walk up and there are 30 people in line, take a lyft to your car. While sitting in line, I couldn't help but wonder why they don't collect flight information when booking your parking. It gives them a heads-up of existing load on the shuttles and allows them forecast when things are going to be busy and staff accordingly. read more

ParkDIA is terrific. I recently reserved and pre-paid a 17 day block and then had a change of plans that had me not using any of it. I asked for a refund, even though ParkDIA had not caused the problem and probably could have refused my request because it did not confirm precisely to the rules. They honored my request and refunded my payment in full. I have been a big fan of ParkDIA since I signed on, and give it an enthusiastic two thumbs up when the talk turns to travel.I feel,safer here than in the airport lots with ParkDIA's door to door service. I particularly value that the driver waits to make sure my car starts before leaving me at my car. read more

Parking at ParkDIA is the worst part of my trip. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes to get picked up at the curb and by the time the bus actually shows there usually isn't enough room for everyone. I've actually paid a driver of a nearby parking lot to drop me off in the road out front just to get back to my car after waiting for the ParkDIA bus. The wait times are insane, definitely not enough buses or staff. Both to get to the airport and from the airport. 15-20 minute wait. Even with buses at 100% capacity. This used to be my parking of preference but will not be using it anymore. You see 2 or 3 buses pick up from the other companies every 1 you see of ParkDIA. read more

Can't do it no more. While they are good at getting you to the airport, leaving the airport is the worst. Barely any shuttles, as The Parking Spot, Wally Park, Mt. Ebert all arrive within 5-10 min of each other with multiple shuttles, while ParkDIA might have 1 every 30 min. And they will also leave you if they pull up and the spot is empty even if you're running to catch them. Not to mention people frequently cut in line here opposed to any other shuttle because there's only 15 spots and the shuttles arrive so far apart from each other. Final straw was when the randomly started picking up in zone 2 instead of zone 3, where they normally pick up and where it says they pick up ON THEIR CARD. Not worth the AAA discount. I'll spend a dollar more a day somewhere else if it means not dealing with all the above. read more

This was our first time using ParkDIA, and we were pretty impressed. The price is good. The location is very convenient to the airport - much closer than the parking places out on Tower Road. The shuttles run frequently, and the drivers were very helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I had a hard time figuring out where to hold up my phone to get the check-in kiosk to read my reservation code. There just weren't any clear directions for how to do that. If you want to know... the scanner is on the very bottom of the kiosk - hold your phone underneath, facing up. We'll be back! read more

Very disappointed with the shuttle service. We were flying out on Alaska airline. The bus stopped on the east side of the terminal building to drop off Southwest airline passenger the continued south to the SE end of the terminal building and said that is where United and Alaska checking was. Actually the United passengers had to go through the building to the west side. We had to walk to the west side and then all of the way to the north end of the building with 4 bags. The shuttle driver lied to us. I am warning people to watch carefully where they plan to drop you off. read more

I will NEVER park here again and would NOT RECOMMEND nobody to either. I was gone for a week and parked my car here. I left everything locked and secure. I came back with inches of snow in my car. Mr car is completely flooded on the inside due to the snow storm that happened while I was gone. I came back to my car unlocked all my windows rolled down and my trunk open. Called the 24/7 number could not get ahold of anybody. Then to top it off when we got to the gate to leave my reservation code wouldn't work and it kept telling me I had covered parking for the 7 days and I needed to pay $69. I had a reservation for covered parking on a weekend when significant snow was expected. When I arrived they told me that covered parking had been taken by people that didn't reserve covered spaces. Once we parked in uncovered space we had to wait in a line of 75 people for more than 30 minutes in the cold for a shuttle to take us to the airport. read more

We had an overall great experience with Park DIA. We opted to do uncovered and was very pleased but will defintely consider covered next time for convience. Made my reservation online and made an account and got free points which I used for a discount. The app was very easy to use. Loved that I could save my parking spot in the app so I didn't have to worry about keeping track of the paper the driver gave me. They picked us up and dropped us off right at our car. Both drivers, Amon and Mike were very nice, friendly and helped with the bags. The shuttle arrived very quickly after requesting through the app. We had difficulty getting out of the lot but believe it was more my phone's fault. The woman working at the gate got everything straightened out and we were on our way. Will definitely be parking here again. read more

WORST experience by far! The first couple times we went with them wasn't too bad, parking rates were good and shuttle was okay. They picked you up close to where you park and drop you off. Drop is not an issue at all. Pick up is the worst, we waited an hour for a shuttle to come, there were about 100 of us just waiting, I don't even know how long the people before us were waiting. We called maybe 50 times letting them know how many of us are waiting and they didn't do anything, customer service is horrible with them and no empathy at all. We ended up taking a taxi back all the way to the parking lot, and walked the rest of the way to our cars with heavy luggage, shuttle never came and people were mad. We have used Park DIA several times, the shuttle was there before we parked. It also arrived at the airport for pickup within minutes of us texting and notifying them we were waiting. Our drivers were courteous, friendly and helpful; even offered a snow scraper for the car as it had snowed while we were away. We had some issues checking out as we hadn't used the app before and the person at the gate was super helpful and efficient. Will definitely use Park DIA in the future. read more

One day penalty for being late!?! We pre-paid a reservation for 4days. After a flight delay, we arrived 6hours later than the time we entered when making the reservation, and though still only in their lot for 3days&22hours&5mins (by their own admission & its printed on the receipt), ParkDia re-calculated our bill for 5days and we had to pay an extra $9.67 to exit the lot! What a bunch of crap! 3days&22hours is still only 4 days! Who in their right mind thinks this is fair? DIA's Pike's Peak lot is only$8/day, so we are going back there next time.... read more

This is the second time I have used them this month. Both times the driver was helpful with luggage and courteous. The pick up is very quick. The inly issue was on each return there was a yahoo who couldn't remember where they parked cause they lost their ticket. The driver drove around looking for their cars while those of us who KNEW where we parked... waited. The policy should be that those people wait until everyone else is off... then look for their cars. read more

DON'T PARK HERE!! I made reservations for 5 days and 6 hours, which means I was charged for 6 full days, ($49.20 for uncovered). That is what their website states...they charge by the 24 hour periods, not a problem. My flight was delayed significantly and I picked up my car 6 hours later than my reservation but still well under the 6 full days that I had already paid for. But when I tried to leave, I was charged another $13.45. I paid because I was in the lane with no person to talk to, and a cars behind me. I called a couple of day later and they made me email them the receipts. Their email reply was "there is a gate pull up charge" ...with no explanation. I emailed asking for the explanation but did not get a response. After a couple of days, I called. I gave them my info, and the lady says, "yeah, I saw your email" but never gave a reason for not responding. She then went on to tell me there was a charge because I had gone past my reservation time. I told her times, that I was still under my 6 days that I had paid for...she didn't care. I explained to her that I am now paying for 7 days to use the parking space for 6 days...and I combed their website to see if there was anything on their website explaining the charge...the was not. After re-explaining everything to her, she asked for the last four digits of my credit card and said she was going to refund me...and she hung up on me. Three weeks later and there is no credit on my credit card. They are deceitful and fraudulent. I have used them since they opened, and I am done. read more

We parked here because of a Groupon. We normally frequent Canopy. Everything was looking up on the way out- there was a shuttle right away so it seemed okay. It went to you know what when we flew back into DIA. We followed directions to text the number and we stood all the way to the right, out on Island 5, East Door 513. As we waited we saw at least three shuttles each from other companies come and go in the 20 minutes. It seemed as though there were only two total ParkDIA shuttles in service. Finally I called dispatch and we waited a few more minutes. Then! As we were trying to leave, there's only one checkout booth ( we had a groupon so it was unclear if we could use the credit card self-kiosk) so of course, a long line! It would seem like they need to have more drivers during peak times....Friday at 5pm would seem like a peak time to me! And a little bit more direction at the exit! read more

Like others, I have always had a great experience with parking and pick-up on my departure day. I caution you: be prepared for long wait times when you return from your trip. I have used ParkDIA 4 times and 3/4 times the lines have had upwards of 50-75 agitated people waiting and no shuttles in sight. These have been night flights where we customers have been waiting 30-60 minutes between 9pm and midnight. It is very frustrating to have to wait so long for a shuttle after a long day of travel. I am seriously considering trying another parking option for my next trip. If shuttles came more frequently and were larger and accommodated more travelers, ParkDIA would retain my business. As a female traveling alone, I feel safe being picked up and dropped off at my car, and this is part of their business model that attracted me in the first place. The price is great, but I am willing to pay a little more for better service upon return. read more
