Have parked at Park DIA multiple times and this is the last, got in on April 18th and there was a line of over 50 plus people waiting and that was on both sides East and west for shuttle from Park DIA. I waited for over 40 minutes and not 1 Park DIA shuttle showed up, I took Lyft to get my car I then tried calling Park DIA with no response so I sent an email and this is the response I got. FYI Spot Hero did refund me. Don't use them, they have gotten worse and worse, use Park N Fly or others in my recommendation. I used to love Park Dia, but today will be my last time. Their check-in system has changed (again). The parking lot is a hazard. After waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle I walked to the end of the row and asked if they could radio someone. The place is dead, only me and one more person on the shuttle. ParkDIA just deleted their app while we were on a 3 day vacation. When we returned to pick up our car, they wouldn't let us out of the lot because they deleted the app and we didn't have proof of payment. The lady in the checkout booth literally requested a bank statement as proof of payment. Ironically, they couldn't look up our license plate number even though this is how they track customers. We've been using ParkDIA for quite a while now and have never had any issues until the last couple times we flew out of DEN. We travel roughly every 6-8 weeks or so and always make a reservation (uncovered) after getting turned away once because the lot was full. The price is right and you can get free days if you rack up enough stays. However, the last two times we flew home, the line to catch the shuttle back to the lot was very long. And this last time, just a couple weeks ago, the line had to be close to 100 people waiting for the shuttle to arrive. I counted no less than 3 of just one of the other off-site parking brands' shuttles pick people up in the time span it took for one ParkDIA shuttle to arrive. I called and spoke to a customer service rep while we were in line who told me there were many flights coming in at the same time and that a "shuttle was on the way" and they had 20 shuttles in service. I think this was a complete fabrication. We finally were able to get on the shuttle after about an hour in line and people were complaining about the wait time to the driver. He echoed how busy the airport is and if we didn't want to wait for a shuttle, we shouldn't fly into DEN on a Sunday. If you know anything about DEN, IT'S BUSY ALL THE TIME. We almost always fly home on a Sunday or Monday and it's always the same. I was really offended by this because I felt it was minimizing the complaint that many people had and as a driver, he should have kept his snarky comments to himself. We will be shopping around for a new off-site parking vendor; ParkDIA has lost a long time customer. read more

Do not park hear!!! in Dec. someone back in to my car and did $2300.00 in damage and Apr. they stole all my gas. NOT A SAFE PLACE

The person who gave us a ticket on the way into the Denver (DEN) location did not tell us we should wait at our car for a bus to pick us up. Instead we walked with all of our luggage to a small building where buses were parked. Only to learn when we got there we would have to walk back to our car to get picked up. When we arrived back to Denver International Airport several Wally Park, Sixt, and The Parking Spot buses came by to pick up passengers. Eventually one single ParkDIA bus came and took a bus full of passengers. Over 10 minutes later a second bus has still not arrived. On my next trip I will use a different service. Never again ParkDIA. read more

Received two emails from Park DIA this week. First one stating they were raising their price $1. Another a few days earlier stating they were raising their price again another $1. Two price hikes few days apart, the service hasn't improved, as we wait at the airport quite some time watching other vans from other companies drive by. Sometimes the wait is 30 min. read more

I notmaly really like this due to the sense of urgency they normally treat everyone catching a flight... until you get on the van I was just on. ZERO rush, in fact we (at uncovered parking) went all the way over to covered parking to help a family of 8 that weee chaotic. What normally takes 10 minutes, took 20 plus minutes. The driver kept saying I am not allowed to go over there (good, we are all in a rush) instead we pulled over and waited for them to find a space, get their bags and simply took forever. We waited just under an hour to get on shuttle east side pickup. People we're upset and many of us called over and over to no avail. They sent about one shuttle every 29 minutes and they were already 75 percent full. There was easily 100 people in line and my wife and I were two out of 4 people that could get on. I'm writing this review in hopes it keeps someone else from missing their flight since ParkDIA refuses to communicate with their long time customers. We were turned away WITH a reservation because they over booked. They chose not to tell us until we arrived 1.5hrs before our flight (they knew days earlier). They gave us an email to try to request a refund and then sent us to another company's lot which took 25 minutes due to construction. I understand computer issues can happen. But I do not understand how a company can acknowledge an issue yet not tell their customers of such a big error. They are intentionally pushing the pain and stress on their customers to figure out right before their flight. Lucky we didn't have our kids with us this time. This place has really gone down hill. I used to sue them and recommend them to everyone because they were excellent and reliable. The last two times it seems they are running one shuttle for pickup. Last time I traveled we waited over 25 minutes and never once saw a shuttle. We ended up taking a Lyft to the gate and walking to our car. A month later, and Here I am, again, in a Lyft paying $20 because it's already been about 30 minutes of waiting, the line is about 100 people long, and one shuttle has come. All the people I talked to wait in for a shuttle had been waiting an hour!! That is completely unacceptable! Don't a service if you can't fulfill the requirements. I read that someone talked to management and they told them the shuttle service isn't part of their service. Um.... Well, how else are people supposed to get to and from their cars? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That is 100% a part of the service and an important one. People need to know they can get to the airport on time. I'm kind of surprised the rating is as low as it is. Especially since this is my go to whenever flying out of DIA and I've not once had an issue with them. There's constantly a shuttle running back and fourth and the two aren't even 5 miles apart in distance. For starters, you have options to go about paying; you can either register ahead of time and sometimes take advantage of their discounts or you can take a ticket when you get there and pay upon leaving. You also have the choice of uncovered, covered or valet parking your car. The uncovered is obv going to be the cheapest but all priced pretty reasonably. How it works: if you register ahead of time you'll get a bar code. Scan barcode at ticket booth and head in. There will be a sign with a letter guiding you where to park. Upon parking and hopping on the bus, the driver will give you a ticket (blue or orange) with a letter on it. Save that ticket so you don't forget where you parked on your travels back. To make things even more convenient, they pick you up right at your car and drop you off right at your airlines curbside. Friendly drivers and convenient service at a reasonable price! read more

I've been patronizing ParkDIA for years, each time hoping that it will get better. ParkDIA is in a great location, with great rates (especially if you use a Groupon or an online reservation), but their shuttle services are just too infrequent. On my last trip, arriving in Denver on a Saturday evening, there were at first about 30 people waiting for a shuttle, then there were 70, soon there were approximately 100 people and their luggage waiting on a shuttle. People were calling Ubers to take them back to their car - a tactic I ended up using at a cost of over $25 - rather than wait in the cold for a shuttle that, when booking a reservation, leads you to believe you'll wait no more than 10 minutes. There is simply no justification for the absurd wait times and inconsistency of ParkDIA shuttles. The initial savings isn't worth the hassle of not being able to get back to your car quickly. Wow!!! We just were floored with our ParkDIA experience. They finally have their shuttle pick ups to a great 5-10 minute wait, and we get to the lot...shuttle is full and the driver goes to ride share first. What!?? There were 8 people who knew where there car was parked and we spent 20 minutes looking for a ride share car. While the other 8 drivers waited to be dropped at there car. We generally park inside to avoid this, and shame on me for thinking ParkDia had upped their game. NOPE! Oh, watch out for the Grand Canyon pot holes. In the dark you cannot see them. The booking reservations, the customer service and the drivers were all top notch! They even picked me up and dropped me off at my car. Excellent long term parking to leave the vehicles while traveling out of DIA! I leave my vehicles knowing that they are secure. The facilities are very modern and well maintain. The management is outstanding. I had a issue with one of their shuttle driver, he was very rude, but the manager and supervisors talked to me very promptly to resolve the problem. I will keep using this long term parking services and recommend it to anyone. read more

Two weekends ago, I parked here. Upon my return at midnight, I expected to walk right on a bus after calling and alerting them I was waiting. I get to the island and see a long line. Everyone is waiting for a shuttle bus. There were a good 50+ people in front of me and behind me. People were upset and so was I. There was one shuttle every 10 min or so. ParkDIA is aware of when people return as it's a question on the reservation form. They need to plan better! Then the driver didn't even bring us to our cars but rather dropped us off at the isle.
