We had a terrible experience at ParkDIA this morning. Rude employees who gave us incorrect instructions then treated us poorly for doing what we were told. When we came through the gate, we were told to park in Orange E by the attendant. We did so and watched at least five shuttles drive by us. We decided to walk to the center lane of the uncovered lot with another group of waiting travelers. While waiting there, I walked back to the gate and asked a different attendant if we needed to go somewhere to be picked up. She responded by asking where we parked, when I told her we parked in Orange E (as instructed) she rudely responded "You were supposed to park in U. We are only providing shuttle pick up services to people parked in U." I told her we were told E, and she told me that I was incorrect, and that we need to park in U. The other group waiting with us was also told to park in E. When I insisted we were told E, she cut me off and said "No. U." Unacceptable customer service. While I was doing this, my wife flagged down a driver who told the waiting groups that he wouldn't pick us up unless we walked over to the designated pick up area - which would be fair if we knew that existed. None of us knew this was required, because no one told us to do so prior to this interaction, and the drivers used to pick you up at your vehicle. The other group with us also recalled the drivers coming to pick you up where you parked the last time they were there. When my wife told the driver we didn't know we had to do that and hadn't been told, he snapped back "Well I'm telling you now!" This was an extremely disappointing morning, as we previously had nothing but good encounters at ParkDIA. Rude gate attendants, rude drivers, unclear instructions. Not coming back. read more

Waited 20 minutes in the rain for a shuttle. Some drivers are awesome (Laurie) and others are not. Took an Uber back to my car because the shuttle line from the airport was so long. Not using them again!! read more

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION. I returned two days early from a trip due to a family emergency and they wouldn't refund my money. They charge you as soon as you make the reservation so they have your money for days or weeks and still won't refund. Have parked twice with them and both times were awful. Parking and getting to the airport isn't a problem, in some fairness, but getting back is. First time we probably waited 45 minutes to get a shuttle back. Tonight we walk out at 11pm and see probably 75 people in line. There's so many people we are pressing into the parking spot line. And for the record, parking spot shuttles came every 5 minutes, in 20 minutes I saw one for park dia. At that rate we would have been in line for an hour to 90 minutes at least. Totally unacceptable. We wound up getting a $30 Uber to take us back to our car. read more

Park DIA has failed me for the last time. Yes, it is usually the least expensive lot out by DIA, but there's a reason for that - they are severely understaffed and have far fewer vehicles running. One time I got there at 4am to catch a 5:30am flight, and there was a 40-person line and NO vans in sight. Waited for 20 minutes and had to jump back in my car and park for $30/day in short-term parking to make my flight. Last night, I came in around 10 pm to find a 60-person line waiting to be picked up on the East side. I waited for 20 minutes on that line without one van coming by. I finally hired an Uber for $18 to get back to the lot. When I arrived, I saw a van just idling in the lot with no one in it. HORRIBLE service. Pay a bit more and save yourself the frustration and lost time. read more

We were initially concerned due to some negative Yelp reviews about the parking, but we had a great experience. We pre-purchased parking on cheapestairportparking.com for $8.99 a day. Upon arrival at ParkDIA, we simply showed the barcode from our purchase and had no issues. We were directed to a parking spot, and a shuttle bus was already waiting. The driver helped us load our luggage, and we arrived at the airport within 10 minutes. Upon returning to Denver, we went to the designated spot to catch the shuttle back to the lot. Although a shuttle was just leaving and was full, another one arrived within 5 minutes. We were soon on our way back to our car. When exiting the lot, the gate attendant informed us we owed an additional $11 due to a delayed flight making us a couple of hours late. However, after explaining the situation, the attendant waived the extra charge. Easy peasy! We will definitely be using them again. read more

Have parked at Park DIA multiple times and this is the last, got in on April 18th and there was a line of over 50 plus people waiting and that was on both sides East and west for shuttle from Park DIA. I waited for over 40 minutes and not 1 Park DIA shuttle showed up, I took Lyft to get my car I then tried calling Park DIA with no response so I sent an email and this is the response I got. FYI Spot Hero did refund me. Don't use them, they have gotten worse and worse, use Park N Fly or others in my recommendation. The ParkDIA app continuously glitched on entering cc info; it didn't like the date format. Of course, I tried all the formats (including the one seemingly expected: XX/XXXX). Each time, I got an error message and had to reenter cc number etc. Validated that no input satisfied app with other people. It takes multiple entries bc you actually believe it's something g you're doing wrong. The app is always preferred by me bc I don't like checking multiple locations for info; but as day of this writing the app did not allow me to input cc so the entire process of booking on app was lost. Of course there is no one to talk to about it. Just go to the internet and hope the website works Ever notice how the convenience of online self-booking has become a 'let them figure it out eventually' expectation? I had a terrible experience with the new check in system. I prepaid for a reservation and when we got there they gave us the information for the new system and told us to sign in. Upon leaving I was charged an additional $127 dollars and after emailing the helpline they told me my exit time was 8am and I exited at 8:50. After looking at my receipt that I sent them I exited at 7:50 am, but even so $127 dollars for 10 minutes is outrageous and the receipt clearly states it was for the whole time. They were actively trying to scam me. I have been loyal to PARKDIA for years but I will never go back and have already told my family and sent screen shots of the interaction. read more

Why is there such a long wait to get to the airport? We parked at 2:50 and are waiting still in the heat at 3:25 with a growing crowd of people. Everyone is sweating. There is no shade. We have seen shuttles come by but they haven't stopped. If your shuttles are delayed and full at least put a cover over your bus stop to provide shade. Busses have poorly working AC as well. Worked perfectly, I booked and paid online. Parking was easy, bus to Dia was prompt and courteous. Return was equally flawless.

I just used PardDIA and the process was easy and efficient. I walked to the aisle and got picked up right away and got to the airport within 20 minutes of parking. When I returned there was a shuttle already waiting at the terminal and I got back my car in about the same time as it took to get to the airport. Friendly people and fast service. read more

The person who gave us a ticket on the way into the Denver (DEN) location did not tell us we should wait at our car for a bus to pick us up. Instead we walked with all of our luggage to a small building where buses were parked. Only to learn when we got there we would have to walk back to our car to get picked up. When we arrived back to Denver International Airport several Wally Park, Sixt, and The Parking Spot buses came by to pick up passengers. Eventually one single ParkDIA bus came and took a bus full of passengers. Over 10 minutes later a second bus has still not arrived. On my next trip I will use a different service. Never again ParkDIA. read more

After waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle I walked to the end of the row and asked if they could radio someone. The place is dead, only me and one more person on the shuttle. ParkDIA just deleted their app while we were on a 3 day vacation. When we returned to pick up our car, they wouldn't let us out of the lot because they deleted the app and we didn't have proof of payment. The lady in the checkout booth literally requested a bank statement as proof of payment. Ironically, they couldn't look up our license plate number even though this is how they track customers. We've been using ParkDIA for quite a while now and have never had any issues until the last couple times we flew out of DEN. We travel roughly every 6-8 weeks or so and always make a reservation (uncovered) after getting turned away once because the lot was full. The price is right and you can get free days if you rack up enough stays. However, the last two times we flew home, the line to catch the shuttle back to the lot was very long. And this last time, just a couple weeks ago, the line had to be close to 100 people waiting for the shuttle to arrive. I counted no less than 3 of just one of the other off-site parking brands' shuttles pick people up in the time span it took for one ParkDIA shuttle to arrive. I called and spoke to a customer service rep while we were in line who told me there were many flights coming in at the same time and that a "shuttle was on the way" and they had 20 shuttles in service. I think this was a complete fabrication. We finally were able to get on the shuttle after about an hour in line and people were complaining about the wait time to the driver. He echoed how busy the airport is and if we didn't want to wait for a shuttle, we shouldn't fly into DEN on a Sunday. If you know anything about DEN, IT'S BUSY ALL THE TIME. We almost always fly home on a Sunday or Monday and it's always the same. I was really offended by this because I felt it was minimizing the complaint that many people had and as a driver, he should have kept his snarky comments to himself. We will be shopping around for a new off-site parking vendor; ParkDIA has lost a long time customer. read more

WARNING - Reservations DO NOT guarantee you a spot. I'm writing this review in hopes it keeps someone else from missing their flight since ParkDIA refuses to communicate with their long time customers. We were turned away WITH a reservation because they over booked. They chose not to tell us until we arrived 1.5hrs before our flight (they knew days earlier). They gave us an email to try to request a refund and then sent us to another company's lot which took 25 minutes due to construction. I understand computer issues can happen. But I do not understand how a company can acknowledge an issue yet not tell their customers of such a big error. They are intentionally pushing the pain and stress on their customers to figure out right before their flight. Lucky we didn't have our kids with us this time. High risk of missing your flight is not worth the lower price. read more

I notmaly really like this due to the sense of urgency they normally treat everyone catching a flight... until you get on the van I was just on. ZERO rush, in fact we (at uncovered parking) went all the way over to covered parking to help a family of 8 that weee chaotic. What normally takes 10 minutes, took 20 plus minutes. The driver kept saying I am not allowed to go over there (good, we are all in a rush) instead we pulled over and waited for them to find a space, get their bags and simply took forever. Listen, I get customer service but when you a can full of people NOT with the family with 17 kids and 2 setts of grandparents., please don't hold everyone up eating for a 5 am flight it's already stressful enough. read more

This place has really gone down hill. I used to sue them and recommend them to everyone because they were excellent and reliable. The last two times it seems they are running one shuttle for pickup. Last time I traveled we waited over 25 minutes and never once saw a shuttle. We ended up taking a Lyft to the gate and walking to our car. A month later, and Here I am, again, in a Lyft paying $20 because it's already been about 30 minutes of waiting, the line is about 100 people long, and one shuttle has come. All the people I talked to wait in for a shuttle had been waiting an hour!! That is completely unacceptable! Don't a service if you can't fulfill the requirements. I read that someone talked to management and they told them the shuttle service isn't part of their service. Um.... Well, how else are people supposed to get to and from their cars? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That is 100% a part of the service and an important one. People need to know they can get to the airport on time. I'm kind of surprised the rating is as low as it is. Especially since this is my go to whenever flying out of DIA and I've not once had an issue with them. There's constantly a shuttle running back and fourth and the two aren't even 5 miles apart in distance. For starters, you have options to go about paying; you can either register ahead of time and sometimes take advantage of their discounts or you can take a ticket when you get there and pay upon leaving. You also have the choice of uncovered, covered or valet parking your car. The uncovered is obv going to be the cheapest but all priced pretty reasonably. How it works: if you register ahead of time you'll get a bar code. Scan barcode at ticket booth and head in. There will be a sign with a letter guiding you where to park. Upon parking and hopping on the bus, the driver will give you a ticket (blue or orange) with a letter on it. Save that ticket so you don't forget where you parked on your travels back. To make things even more convenient, they pick you up right at your car and drop you off right at your airlines curbside. Friendly drivers and convenient service at a reasonable price! read more

I've been patronizing ParkDIA for years, each time hoping that it will get better. ParkDIA is in a great location, with great rates (especially if you use a Groupon or an online reservation), but their shuttle services are just too infrequent. On my last trip, arriving in Denver on a Saturday evening, there were at first about 30 people waiting for a shuttle, then there were 70, soon there were approximately 100 people and their luggage waiting on a shuttle. People were calling Ubers to take them back to their car - a tactic I ended up using at a cost of over $25 - rather than wait in the cold for a shuttle that, when booking a reservation, leads you to believe you'll wait no more than 10 minutes. There is simply no justification for the absurd wait times and inconsistency of ParkDIA shuttles. The initial savings isn't worth the hassle of not being able to get back to your car quickly. I do not recommend ParkDIA. read more
