"Are there 'gender neutral' restrooms?" Really, Yelp? Quick side note before I write a review. Yelp seems to be concerned as to whether or not you'll be able to find a restroom on the premises that will suit your needs. Chances are you've been doing this your entire life, you'll be able to find the correct restroom! After using ParkDIA services for the first time, I can tell you that it's the best park service I've used in all my years traveling. Several staff members and shuttles were present in the parking lot when we arrived. We were directed right into an open parking spot by an attendant. He took my bag to the shuttle and we were off within minutes. The shuttle filled up quickly, and we were off to the airport in no time. When I returned, I walked out to Island 5 and was on a shuttle immediately. Didn't have to wait. We did a quick loop to the other side of DIA, and we were off to the lot within a matter of minutes. The driver dropped me off right behind my car. No hassles, no issues. The ONE critique I'd offer to ParkDIA is to mark the way to the Exit a little more clearly. I got lost in the lot for about two minutes but figured it out. Stoked on the seven free days. Thanks! read more

Dropoff is great but pickup is a nightmare. This is the second time that there was a crowd of people waiting 30m for a shuttle. Texting for pickup is useless. In all it took an hour from the shuttle stop to my car. The driver is nice but this wait is ridiculous. Wont return. read more

Every time I try to book a reservation with ParkDIA, I have a problem. I've flown three times since August and this is driving me crazy. I like the location of this lot and pay for covered parking. It takes a nanosecond for the money to come out of account, but the reservation doesn't show up in my reservations. I'm flying out Christmas Eve and have to know I have I'm confirmed. If this doesn't get rectified in the next few minutes, I'm requesting a cancellation and I'll never use ParkDIA again. read more

This is the only off site parking company at DIA that consistently has a huge line and only 1-2 shuttles running. We have waited 45 min to an hour for the shuttle when returning on our last 3 trips. Every other parking company has shuttles coming every 5-10 minutes. We will be changing companies on our next trip. read more

If you like waiting in line for over 30 mins while people randomly cut lines in front of you, then by all means this is your place. Drivers care about what they're doing, but management and dispatch really need to know what's going on at DIA and look into ways of improving management of logistics. Be prepared to wait longer than every other service for pickup. Since Park N Fly took over management they run far fewer shuttles. I'm waiting in a line at least 50 people long for pickup. Customer service says they dispatch shuttle every 20 mins. Finding a new spot for my next trip. read more

I have nothing but a great review for Park DIA. It was easy to book and received a confirmation on my reservation. Two day before my trip I called to confirm my reservation and was greeted by a very professional hostess. She informed me that my reservation was confirmed. When we got to Park DIA we were greeted by friendly staff. We parked and only wanted a few minutes for our ride. When we arrived back in Denver we called for pickup and in 10 minutes we were picked up and dropped off at our car. I WILL be back and park at ParkDIA. Jim Smith read more

ParkDIA is good for the price. My only feedback is that it can take forever for the shuttle to pick you up in the west terminal, which is frustrating late at night or when it's freezing outside. read more

We have had our SUV parked there for a year. Each time we come to Denver we call them and they have charged the car for us prior to pickup. Today they advised us that our car had been charged and we went to the car and the battery was completely dead. We went back in to the office and the manager stated "we don't do that anymore. New management." He was a complete ass about it - I asked what he suggested we do and he said "call AAA". He then walked back into his office. We will NEVER use ParkDIA and highly recommend you not either. YUCK!!! So uncaring and indifferent - how callous can one be? read more

Parking was fine no issues, upon return there was A LOT of people waiting and while other company shuttles came like clockwork over and over we waited as people came and went I called and asked if maybe they were not running shuttles and if I had to find a different way to the lot. The woman who answered was rude answering said there are shuttles running should be there soon and said she would inform dispatch asked what side we were on and as soon is I told her she said okay and hung up didn't allow for follow up questions let alone for me to correct myself to tell her I was not on the east side as I first thought I was actually on the west side I didn't even bother calling back I saw one shuttle leave empty as it drove past everyone and then when we finally got two shuttles that showed up they couldn't even pick everyone up the shuttle was so small read more

Awful service and totally mismanaged! USE SOMEONE ELSE. Showed up at shuttle pick up at 11pm to find over 100 people in line and only one shuttle in sight on the app. People had been waiting over 1.5 hours to get a ride back. This is the third time ParkDIA has made me stand and watch other services pick up their guests (watching multiple shuttles from others services go by) while ParkDIA customers wait. They SUCK! I waited almost 45 after parking my car and waiting for a ride to the airport. I got to my gate as they were boarding. My return flight and ride back to my car was yesterday. The line was LONG. We waited in freezing cold 20 degrees blowing wind and snow for hour. Everyone in line tried calling their number to find out why, but NO answer. Some called Uber to catch a car to pick up their car. A guy in line said he uses them all the time because he travels a lot and said the last 6 months with every time use is getting worse. I used ParkDIA for the first time this past week. Making the reservation was simple and easy and the app makes it even easier. Dropping off the car was fast with the app. Used the QR code to enter and since we opted for the valet the parking area was right when you entered. There was a lounge for us to wait for a shuttle which was nice but didn't need to wait too long for a shuttle to take us to the terminal. The return was smooth as well. I gave the shuttle driver our ticket and when we got to the lot, there was an attendant waiting by our car with the doors open. He helped put our bags in our car as well. The only downside was that because I had opted to have our car washed while we are gone (the car was clean inside and out), I had to go into the office to pay for that instead of it just being charged to the credit card that was on file when I signed up for their membership. That prevented us from being able to quickly exit. I was told that they are working on that and I would definitely give ParkDIA 5 stars if that issue is resolved. Other than that, it's in a great location close to the terminals and all the staff were professional and courteous. read more

Parked my car for a 4 day stay, it got damaged and they were unwilling to help my insurance company with their investigation to try to find the party at fault. So basically this little stay at Park DIA ended up costing me $30 + my insurance deductible. Save yourself the trouble, you're better off parking anywhere else. read more

After getting tired of the BS at Canopy Parking (extremely slow shuttle rotation, busses that sound like they're about to fall apart, etc.) I gave ParkDIA a shot. Not only are they great for the close proximity their shuttles are kept clean and in great shape! Also, our drive Dewayne this evening was the happiest fella I've seen in a while. Almost felt like we were on a tour shuttle at Disney World on our way to the Airport. Good work ParkDIA! read more

We arrived at ParkDIA at 3:45 a.m. on Friday 10/11. There were about 40 people lined up, and it was 13 degrees. After 20 minutes and NO buses, we were getting worried....and freezing. We waited ANOTHER 15 minutes....still...NO buses, and there were now over 100 people standing around. We finally left and quickly drove to Mt. Elbert, and got right on a BIG bus...one of MANY in THEIR lot. I should have read reviews before picking this place, because it is a consistent problem for this company, both coming and going to the airport. Two reviews mentioned that they actually missed their flights, because of standing and waiting at ParkDIA for over an hour. Avoid this one. There are too many other great options to choose from. read more

After waiting in line for 30 minutes behind 40+ people we ended up having to call an uber to get back to Park DIA. Not enough shuttle buses and seemed they overpacked their lot because trying to get out and exit there were no lanes that made it easy or followed the signs to exit. We were told, "you can find parking somewhere else".... What a HORRIBLE business practice with absolutely no consideration for customer service. They simply didn't care. We showed up with a parking reservation booked a week in advance and they turned us around and refused to park any cars even with reservations! They claimed they are over booked, but shuttles were dropping people off to cars and they still wouldn't honor our reservations or let us switch cars 1 for 1. Absolute terrible service. read more

Currently standing in a line of 50 angry people who have been left stranded at the airport for over 30 minutes now. I was denied the last shuttle after being told it was "too full" but the next shuttle will "be here in 3 minutes." We've consistently watched all other parking companies send several shuttles and did not leave their customers stranded. Will never park with this company again. read more

Awesome park service. Very close to the airport. Their app is great and easy to use. The only thing to note is that once they send you an email if you ever did reserve online, the QR code that's included, you may need to "zoom in" in order to have the terminal read it. I like how they have trackers on their shuttles so you know when they're coming to get you at the airport, and that you can text them when you arrive so they know and can come get you. There are times where you do have to wait if it's during a "rush hour," but that's completely understandable, in my opinion. read more

When the one finally arrived, 50 people were waiting, and most of us have been here 45 minutes. What a joke if a company! Of course, more passengers are showing up, so many of us won't get on again. This is a great place to park! The shuttle was right there when we arrived and the driver was so friendly and helpful. The rates are less then the DIA lots like Pikes Peak and Elbert and the service was worth it. Our vehicle was safe and secure and we had no worries. I will definitely park here again. read more

Lot is nice, they seem to have the outdoor parking as a priority so inside waits for multiple shuttles.

The most horrendous experience. You never cease to disappoint. You never have enough busses running & we had to wait 30mins at 10pm. The east side pickup had 70 people on line. When they first opened they were great. Service has only declined since then. I use to be a loyal ParkDIA user, being a very frequent flyer. Prices have gone up and up, and so have wait times at the terminal and at your vehicle.
