Returning to DIA, there were 65 people in front of me waiting for a shuttle to the car lot. Again, told short shuttles. I just waited 30 minutes in covered parking to be picked up. Called the office 15 minutes ago and they said they would send the shuttle. Finally had to go into the office to ask what the hell was going on. This place used to be great, a shuttle picked you up at your car within minutes, but it has really gone down hill... this is the second time I've had a 15 minute wait or more. ... that was 2 weeks ago. I gave them another chance this morning after being contacted by the site manager and hearing that they were making changes... and what a change they've made! Some one is watching an catching you as you pull in, directing you where to park, the shuttle was by my car by the time got out and had my bag in hand... from entering at 9:55AM to 1st drop at the terminal at 10:09AM... Used them twice. Will not use them a third time. Terrible customer service. First trip, had to wait over an hour to get on the shuttle. The shuttles that came by were full. Second trip. Book the parking via their app. I didn't know that the confirmation email was the receipt. Upon my return, I checked out, I told the lady in the booth that I used their app and needed a receipt. She gave me a receipt that was less than the amount of the booking. I used that receipt to voucher the trip. The receipt I received never appeared on any of my bills (I don't know where they got that receipt). When I called about the incident, they acted like I should have known. They didn't care, so I will not be using them again. read more

The service level at ParkDIA has taking a nosedive. Last night we waited for a bus for 30 minutes in the cold temperatures before finally getting picked up. I called the customer service number but nobody answered. It was frustrating to see multiple shuttle buses from the other carriers while we waited for ParkDIA. Also not surprisingly the phone app gave us an error message when trying to leave the parking lot so we had to backup and get assistance from the lone booth attendant. We've experienced problems with the app in the past. ParkDIA Employees mentioned ownership change happened in September and the new owner is still trying to workout the kinks. I've noticed numerous critical reviews over the last 2 months with hollow responses from Sheri H at ParkDIA. If you arent going to address the customer service problems please spare us the canned responses. This will be our last time using ParkDIA. read more

The entire process was a mess. Email said park anywhere and shuttle will pick me up. 15 min. Later no shuttle. Person I called wasn't in Denver. Told me to go to row H, I was in E. Apparently they only pick up in certain areas. Why would they not put that in email? I almost missed my plane. Won't park here again. read more

I have given Park DIA numerous chances before I wrote this, thinking operations would improve. However, this business continues to fail to provide customers with one simple service: getting passengers to the airport in a reasonable time. Three times now I have had to wait in the cold parking lot for a shuttle to pick me up. At times, as many as 25-30 people have gathered in the lot waiting for a shuttle that never comes. Park DIA fails to provide a reliable airport shuttle service. When people fly, they're on a time crunch. I can only imagine how many people have missed their flights because of this company's failure to have timely and adequate shuttle service. I will not use them again. read more

The drivers are very pleasant and nice. The office staff is usually rude. You have to budget up to 30 minutes because they take so long to pick you up at your car or from the airport. If they could get their timing down it might be worth it. Until then drive past and go to the Pikes Peak lot. UPDATE- they have become even slower. I didn't think it was possible. Nice drivers but a very dysfunctional model. I've be riding with them a year and about at the end of my ropes. read more

I've used all of the Denver DIA off-site parking lots, so I feel quite qualified to comment on just how bad ParkDIA is. And thanks to their promotional offers, I've used them three times. And will NEVER use them again. We arrived at the lot at 4am and promptly parked and got our bags out of the car, waiting for the shuttle. It was approximately 38 degrees out, and as you can expect, we were freezing!. After ten minutes, I called the office and was told that a shuttle should be along shortly. It was, and I'm not exaggerating, another ten minutes before it arrived. This problem has happened all three times I've used the service. The shuttle either takes forever to arrive, or you have to call. Last time I was alone and just walked to the office because it took so long. Contrast this with every other lot where the shuttle picks you up, often is there before you're done unpacking your car! We finally arrived at the airport 41 minutes after arriving in the lot. That's about double what I experience with every other parking company in town. The shuttle agent asked us where we parked - as we were approaching the terminal. I said that I had no idea, and she said that she forgot to write it down for us. That's absurdly unprofessional. The shuttle drivers also don't loudly announce the airlines they're stopping at. Every time I ride their shuttle, people are constantly shouting asking what airline we've stopped at, asking where their airline is, etc. It's ridiculous. When returning to Denver, you walk out to the assigned curb (BTW this is NOT mentioned anywhere on their website! You have to ask, or call to find out. Who made this terrible website?). And you'll see the competitor's shuttles come by 3-4 times. Eventually you'll see a ParkDIA shuttle, but it'll be full, and the driver will only let a few people on before leaving everyone else waiting for the next shuttle. We waited once, a gentleman standing there said it was his third round of waiting and he still hadn't gotten on. I called and asked when the next shuttle would be arrived, was told 7 minutes, and 18 minutes later, one arrived half-full. Thankfully everyone waiting got on this time. Again, contrast this with the other companies - we saw their shuttles pull up (empty), several times, while waiting for a single ParkDIA shuttle. Back at their lot, they go to uncovered first, ignoring their premium covered and valet customers. They cater to the GroupCoupon (you know the one) site deal and ferry them from their car to pick up their tag, then to the office to pay, then back to their car, before helping us covered and valet customers to our car. Yes, I'm serious. It took about 15 minutes after entering their property before we were back at our car. So, this is not an isolated incident. Three times I've used them in the last 2 months. Avoid like the plague. They're the worst - they literally do everything wrong, on every level, and with every aspect of the experience. Terrible, terrible, terrible. read more

I have used Park DIA a few times before with no problems whatsoever. Having used this service before, I knew approx. how long it would take to park, take the shuttle, and arrive at the terminal. Last week, we arrived at Park DIA at 4am for a 5:30am flight. We waited in a very long line for 50 minutes before a shuttle could come and get us. We missed our flight. Since we had such a long time to talk with the many people in line with us, we learned that this is how it's been lately -- new owners, new management, and the service has suffered greatly. We will not be using Park DIA again! read more

I have parked at this facility probably 10+ times in the last 6 months. So this review covers my overall experience with this provider. PROS - Location. This is one of the closest lots to the airport and really easy to get in and out of via 56th Ave - Drivers. All of them are courteous, willing to help you with bags, offer water, etc. - They have an App, which is great (but has some limitations - see below) that allows you to scan to get in and out of the lot (nice) - They give you 7 free days when you sign up for their elite program - Lots are never full (which is probably not something they would consider a "pro") CONS - Don't park here if you are in a hurry. Plan for it to take at least 15+ minutes after you arrive to be on your way to the airport. I have had drivers circle both inside and outside lots multiple times so that they could pick up "enough" passengers before heading to the terminal. - Don't park here unless you are prepared to wait 15-20+ minutes after you arrive home for a shuttle to arrive. A text or call to them won't speed up that process. They seem to have much fewer shuttles than the other lots, so you just have to pray you time it well. - Their elite rewards are confusing. They say you get 2 free days per month - but only if you park for more than 4 days at a time. OVERALL I would like to recommend this parking lot but I can't. I just haven't seen any improvements at all in their ability to get you to and from the airport. I know they are new, but I would have expected things to get better over the course of 2016. LOYALTY PROGRAM Their loyalty program is confusing. Why not just give you 1 day free for every X days you park? That is what the others do. That would be simple to track through your account (in the app). I have no idea if I have awards and trying to use them is pointless if your trips are 2-3 days in length. THE APP I love the app concept. It is not well built though - feels clumsy and cheap. The "locate a bus" is totally fake and unhelpful, and the space saver (where did you park) offers options that don't even map to their lot. Why not number the spaces and just enter those? Thankfully the going and returning works. Although I should be able to hit "returning" when you walk off the plane (or after grabbing your bags) to alert them that you are in the terminal and heading home. However, I am not sure that will do much (see below on waiting for shuttles). WAITING FOR SHUTTLES AT TERMINAL This is by far the biggest issue. I routinely wait about 15-20 minutes for a shuttle when I arrive back. They have this feature in the app that shows you were the shuttles are. But it is not accurate. In fact, just the other day it showed 4 shuttles moving back and forth from the airport. It even showed 2 shuttles circling the airport (even passing by level 5 east where I was standing).... but I can assure you, none ever passed by. Once I was finally picked up, I found out from the Driver that only 2 shuttles were running due to a shortage of drivers that day... The driver could not explain why the apps' "locate a bus" showed 4 running shuttles. While waiting there for a shuttle, I can routinely count multiple shuttles from the other providers come and go while waiting for a single ParkDIA shuttle to arrive. Just on Saturday: Canopy - 3, USAIrport Parking - 3, The Parking Spot - 3... Calling ParkDIA in advance doesn't do anything. Their issue is that they don't have enough shuttles running. Every time I have called, I have still waited on average about 15-20 minutes for a shuttle. In fact, the drivers will sometimes circle both West and East sides several times to pick up additional passengers. So even after you have been picked up, you may not always head right for the lot. PARKING AT THE FACILITY I know this has been mentioned by others but it warrants another mention. There is little to no instruction on what to do when you arrive to park. Almost all other lots have signs telling you where to park so that their shuttles can hover near there and pick you up. Not here. You can park anywhere you want and hope that a shuttle locates you. Once I parked and sat behind my car for 10 minutes. I finally just walked to the office, where I was told that I was to wait by my car.. When I asked the front desk person "I don't think anyone knew I was there. How long am I supposed to wait?" - her response was "you just need to be patient" Patient...? I am sorry but I have a flight to catch - I can be very very patient but the airlines.. they are not so patient or understanding. I really did want this place to get better, work out its kinks and be the place for our company's employees to park. I just haven't seen the improvements at all to their service. Hopefully they are working on hiring more drivers and improving their operations. Until then, I would recommend you park elsewhere. read more

Update: upon my return it took 15 minutes and three buses for us to get picked up. Buses were coming every 5-10 minutes and here were 20 people ahead of me when I got there and about 40 people behind me when I boarded our bus. Not terrible but wish there hadn't been so many people waiting. That is just a drag after traveling. The whole reason I park instead of taking RTD is that I feel like I can get home faster. In this case it would have been about the same. I have used ParkDIA many times in the past and never had issues but apparently their service has gone downhill. They no longer come to your car to pick you up and since the price is as high as pikes peak now I might as well park there again. Also since we haven't traveled in awhile we didn't know that they no longer pick you up at your car so I parked at row c with my small child bc I saw the shuttle parked close by. We walked over to the shuttle and the driver said nope we had to walk to row P. From row C. I dragged my luggage and child all the way to row P bc the driver wouldn't let us get on. I watched the driver drive over to row P without us which I found really upsetting since I had a small child with me. I am really not looking forward to the pending long wait to get back to my car on out 9pm return with them tired child. I will update then if our wait is long. My other issue is that I have never had the app work when I get there. I always feel like a jerk bc I have to get everyone behind me to back up and reverse to the office to get them to print out the pass so I can enter. They need to get good enough WiFi at the gate so that the app opens and works. I am like 0 for 7 on the app issue. Not parking here again. read more

Avoid this parking lot at all cost, service has declined to a point its not worth missing a flight. Customer service is so lacking. I have parked here many times since it opened. The service is now just plain terrible. On Friday 9/6 we waited in the rain for 20 minutes for a shuttle to take us to DIA. The customer service number is rarely answered, they have disabled the shuttle locator on their app and other information on the app is incorrect (pickup locations etc.) I finally got someone to answer and they lied and said a shuttle was 7 minutes away. Everyone (more than a bus full) said this is there last time using ParkDIA. Once we got on the bus the driver didn't give anyone tickets to mark where we parked. When we arrived to DIA after our trip, the pickup was a 30 minutes, so 45 minutes to get to the facility to get our car. Are you kidding me?? The General Manager is also a joke, no customer service skills at all. If I was the private equity that owned this lot, I would recommend firing this GM asap while you still have a customer base. His excuse was "it was busy Friday". What Friday isn't busy at a parking facility at an airport? Park at Wally Park or USA Airport Parking, this place is closer but if you can't get picked up or dropped off, proximity is irrelevant. And the people skills are plain terrible from the management of this place. It's worth noting the GM Sheri asked me to reach out fo more information. I sent her a long email (appears I wasted my time) explaining what happened on 9/17/19 and never got as much as a courtesy reply. That is the clear indication thy really don't care. I want to like this service but they have to get more organized. I travel weekly and every week I see several busses pull in and out driving right by. Pick up on a flight in after sundown is hit or miss. They may be there every 10 minutes or maybe every 30. After a long week the last thing you want to do it wait around. This was my first parking experience at this parking lot and I will not return. The price was great, but not worth the poor service. Upon arriving to the lot I randomly chose a spot since nobody dire Ted you in; literally had to flag down the shuttle driver who drove right past me. The driver was pleasant and told me upon returning to the airport that I would be picked up at door 5, which I assumed meant 505. When I returned I waited for about 15 minutes with no shuttles for Park DIA in sight. I tried to call them to verify the pickup location and nobody answered the phone. When the shuttle did arrive, it arrived at door 13 (513). I barely made it on the shuttle and had to stand at the front of the bus. When we got to the parking lot, the gate would not open so the driver had to call for assistance. Finally, there were no signs to the exit from the uncovered lot. I have parked at other lots where the price was higher, but the shuttles ran continuously and the lots were very organized...well worth my money and time! read more

This was my first time using ParkDIA. I used the app for everything. I made my reservation, showed up to the parking lot and a shuttle was already by my car so I was able to hop on without any wait. Upon my return, I used the app to request a pickup (which was at 1 in the morning). The shuttle arrived in under 10 minutes. I was able to view their route live on the app which was really nice. The drop off at my car went smooth. I was also thrilled to discover that the company offers a AAA member discount. I emailed the company about it and received a prompt response with instructions how to use the discount. read more

This parking place has been open for 2 years and still hasn't figured out how to run this operation. They don't have enough shuttles for one. They try to pick up from both east and west sides with shuttles that only hold 12 or so people. On many occasions you could be waiting for a shuttle for 30-45min. Last night I had the pleasure of waiting for 40 min in 19 degree weather. Finally, I was able to get the last seat on the 3rd shuttle to come by, leaving at least 25 people waiting in the cold. Once you're on the shuttle they insist on dropping off each person at their car, so you better hope you're one of the first ones off or you could be riding around the park dia parking lot for 20 min. My girlfriend and I don't travel that much but we park here when we do and I highly recommend it. It's fairly new place and still building its customer base but it's affordable and close to the terminal. They offer both uncovered or covered parking. They've been in Groupon awhile which is where we got our deals. Don't think the deals will last forever so get them while you can. Happy customer here! read more

In the last 3-4 months, these guys lost their great staff and service, for which they were known for. No more timely pickup after parking the car (last two visits had to call their dispatch from my phone to get a pickup after 15+ mins). The 'Park in this Row' indicator is no more accurate and you will have to search for empty spots yourself. The Water in the shuttles are gone, that too in Summer. All this while their quickly increased per day Uncovered parking cost by $4. If you are in a hurry to catch your flight or if you are paying their full parking price, I would not recommend this place any more to anyone. read more

Sunday morning around 1030 we wait on East side island 3 on the right amd wait amd wait for shuttle. We waited over 40 minutes. We saw the shuttle dripping off passengers on island 1 but for pick up you have to be on island 3. We tried calling multiple times and only got voice mail. We stopped shuttle drivers and they kept saying we will send someone. We stopped the buses dropping people off and they kept saying they will send someone. This was an joke, when we finally got our car we asked to speak with a manager but there was no manager there to speak to. We saw so many shuttles such as canapy, USA airport and wallypark all passed by many times as we waited for Park DIA. read more

I had a voucher for a free week of parking here so I decided to give it a shot. Typically I do everything I can to avoid shuttle parking lots. However, this place was amazing! From the moment I pulled in I was attended to and taken care of. The parking attendants answered my question about whether or not I could use my voucher for covered parking (I could!) and the minute I parked, a shuttle pulled up right behind my car to take me to the airport. Upon my return, I waited no more than 5 minutes for a shuttle and was dropped directly at my car. This is airport shuttle at its finest! Everyone who worked here was kind, helpful, and efficient. Not impressed. I made a reservation for indoor parking at ParkDIA and unfortunately, I made a mistake and scheduled it for a day earlier than I needed. I didn't notice this until I arrived at ParkDIA. When I arrived, the automatic gate would not scan my code and let me in. I actually had to exit my car and hunt someone down to open the gate. When they finally managed to open the gate they handed me a ticket and said to use it when I exited the lot. I asked about getting a refund for the unused day and they said it would be refunded upon my exit. After I parked and walked to the pickup point (unlike other offsite parking spaces, they don't pick you up at your vehicle), three shuttle vans passed me without stopping. None of them were full. Finally, after about twenty minutes (I've never had to wait more than five to seven minutes at other sites), a fourth van came along and picked me up. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle driver was very personable, which was a nice change from the other employees I had met at ParkDIA. He went around and collected the parking space information from the other people on the van and I realized that I hadn't been given one when I headed out. Fortunately, I remembered the row I had parked in and it was pretty close to the end so I knew my car would be easy to spot. When I went to exit Park DIA I attempted to use the parking ticket the employee had told me to use. The system told me I had to pay again! I had to exit my vehicle and walk over to the booth attendant. She told me that because I was using the ticket instead of the confirmation I had originally been given, it wanted to charge me. I told her that was what I was instructed to use when I first arrived. She said that was incorrect. When I asked her about the refund for the unused day, I was told to email an address she gave me and request a refund. The next day, I emailed the address I was given and about a day after that I was given a refund for the unused day. I sent another email asking if I could get an updated receipt showing the final amount I was being charged. I received a response saying they had already exited the system and couldn't help me since it was a 'one time deal'. These may sound like minor inconveniences to some but I have used two other offsite parking locations that are nearby. I used ParkDIA this time just to try them out. The other two companies are comparable in price but they offer far superior customer service. So, I gave Park DIA a shot but I won't be back. read more

This place is pretty terrible. I parked my car for a week and on my return there was a huge crack in the windshield and damage to the back of my car. I reported it immediately before I left the facility and never heard a word back about it. I called numerous times to talk to someone and was repeatedly handed off to another person and told that they would call back after reviewing the footage. A month later and I called back again since I hadn't heard back and they told me that they couldn't even find my car on their cameras even though I told them exactly where it was. Something's rotten here. Every person I talked to was nice enough but I've never had such terrible service anywhere. read more

Just tried Park DIA for the first time. Thought we found a great place as I really do like the proximity to DIA. We usually park at Canopy but this place is much closer. Upon entrance, the ticketing and parking was confusing. There was no one to tell us where to park so we chose our own spot but then wondered how they would find us to pick us up. After a few minutes, a bus did finally come by but it seemed a little unorganized. The worst was when we landed at DIA. We waited for over 20 mins on the east side, all while watching Canopy, USA Parking, and Parking Spot each come by TWICE. It was 9pm at night so we called twice to make sure someone was coming and both times, they assured us someone was. Finally a bus came but because they pickup on the west side first, bus was full. We all had to cram in and stand going back to the parking lot. From the time we stood out there waiting for the bus, until the time we drove out of the parking lot, it was 40 minutes.
