This is a rebuttal to the reply of Velesa.S from Jewel of the south when she say the house was not…read morelivable that's a lie granted there was as Bestos and lead based paint of course most homes that was built in the 50' would have this yes the home was gutted and renovated from top to bottom , but let me explain the quality of the product is cheap the tile she talk about I bought those tile they bought more for the bathroom to match, the carpet she gear us to pick that carpet which is a low grad carpet and the person who put it down did not do a good job to this day the carpet is puckering she also say she replaced windows only two windows was replaced all others is the original windows when we wanted to to choose the paint color she also geared us to choose the paint which I think she had left over from another job , they put in the toilet it was not out in properly so I had to call them to come out a fix it cause every time I would sit on it , it would shake , there is so many other things that was done wrong but it's such a list in the bathroom they told me they would put in a new sink after they throw out the old ones it even got rained on as I was doing my walk through I notice they never replaced the sink instead they put the old sink back in the bathroom I have since replaced that samething with the carpet I had to replace as well so although she try to make it looks like the house was in poor condition they didn't do a good job all my fixtures and alarm was taken I know for a fact it was not in the dumpster and when asked about my alarm she said she would look into to it she never did I had to pay 480. 00 to replace it and this is just a few thing I have issues with the program approved the project 70,000 for the job I don't see that kind of workmanship in this house even with labor and products they really didn't have to spend monies on products cause they already have majority of the products I'm not satisfied with the workmanship they did on this project
