Any customers who have complicated situations or orders should go inside the store. The clerk should ask them to come inside, so those with easier, quicker orders can get through the line and be on their way. I know times are tough, but there has got to be some training for the drive through clerks to keep the line moving. I waited close to an hour to get my $5 prescription today. I waited 15 extra minutes to get my debit card back.

I was having a prescription filled for my son, who is on a physycian supervised suboxone treatment. In Mr. Anderson's opinion, he didn't approve of the medication and would not accept a check for the prescription, although the pharmacy accepts checks. We have excellent credit, don't have any worthless checks or are not listed on any list of worhtless check writers. We were simply being judged by the prescription we were having filled. Mr. Anderson also invited me to never come back and threatened me with slander if I wrote this review. All of this happened because I questioned his check acceptance policy. Obviously, if he deems you unworthy......he will refuse to issue you the same courtesy as those he deems worthy of respect.
