I was made to feel like a true friend from the beginning and to be treated with compassion and acceptance after talking about why I was riding I was excited to see them the next ride. On top of being kind the ride was always on time and was always confident in each driver that I was safe and didn't need to pay attention more than the driver to warn them before the wreck [had to do this for multiple other companies]. As well as them always making me know I'm safe they also drove just the right speed; not too slow or too fast, just right to get you there on time every time. I truly can't say enough good things about Trina and her family who worked with her at the time. This is who you should fight to ride with if you are tired of other companies and the nonsense they put riders through. You wont need to worry about missing your appointment and will be smiling when you go home from the conversations that are never about inappropriate topics strangers dont want to hear about. 100 stars imo

I get to SAGE, and they tell me, "Oh, you're scheduled for Feb 26. I'm given NO HELP at all with their mess-up, the intake staffer acts like "Not my problem!" I sit in the waiting area from 7:45 to 10:53. I'm out of prescriptions. My feet and ankles are so swollen that I can barely get my shoes on. Which was WHY the soonest date was MANDATORY and they KNEW IT. Nothing, no one came out to talk to me about the problem at all. So now it's the weekend and NO MEDICATIONS. I have CHF, Stage 4 Kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and Depression/PTSD. So here I sit for at least 2 1/2 more days because SAGE Health couldn't care less about their patients!

Got a call 2 months ago and she spoke highly of the physician. To get an appointment with the doctor I had to leave my primary care and have all my records transferred over. Made my appointment for Oct 21 @ 1 pm. I got an automated call 2 weeks before my visit telling me a different day & time which I did not make. Called the office and the lady said they don't have anything to do with the auto calls but not to worry my appointment was for the day & time I set. Then I get another auto call 2 days before the wrong appointment. Still same thing. Yesterday I show up for my appointment wait 10 minutes for the lady to get off the phone. Then the lady says she doesn't have an appointment for me? All my paperwork was sent to another physician because the doctor I was suppose to see wasn't listed in the system yet. So she checks and tells me my appointment was moved back to Dec 11. I told her I needed to keep my appointment I had been waiting 2 months already. She said the schedule was booked up and couldn't get me in. I was never called to tell me my appointment was changed. Took off work drove 45 min. to get there. I ask to speak to the office manager the lady said "she is PTO" I ask so what is that? She says she is on leave. Ok. I tell her this wasn't good and I won't be back she says as I am walking out.. are you sure you don't want to keep your appointment? So I am leaving a doctor office who has the same screw ups as this one? I DON'T THINK SO!!! If you get the same treatment from the doctor as you get through the office you are in serious problems! IT'S NOT FOR ME so BEWARE!
