Extremely rude manager on duty, today (around 1 pm CST). I couldn't ask him a simple question without him becoming extremely triggered and walking away before I could even finish. His attitude was terrible, and without being accused of anything told me that "it's not like we are sitting around doing nothing." I just asked when I could come back to get tissue and paper towel (after being told over the phone, it was on the way to the floor 30 minutes before my arrival). This is clearly no place to go if you are expecting decent customer service. They just don't seem to care. The employees are not engaged (cashier walked up to the counter, stating he's "sick of this $#!+" after assisting another customer at the photo counter). This was my worst experience at a Walgreens. They tell you anything over the phone, and when you arrive, get upset that you actually expect them to produce. read more
