The receptionist was sitting at the front desk with a braid pulled over her left shoulder. Blonde about mid length hair. Mid thirties. I spoke with the children and was waiting for my daughter to be seen. The receptionist was seeking a younger boy and attempting to show him how to insert contacts for the first time. He seemed to feel like she was rushing him or he was bothering her. He kept apologizing and she kept saying oh its OK. She wasn't unfriendly, but she was a bit preoccupied. For me coming from Chicago, she seemed ordinary. That's not a compliment. On the other hand the doctor was amazing. He was very personable. He made sure to continue with universal precautions and had a wonderful bedside manner. We will continue to come here since the doctor is amazing. The office was clean, quiet, well lit, and inviting. Other than the receptionist.. I would recommend.
