Worst Pharmacy ever. Have doors locked at 1138 pm with a shopping cart blocking the entrance. I was trying to buy some medicine for someone and left my job to early so it wasn't an inconvenience for Walgreens. Will never return. Not sure if they will be open for their normal operating hours or not. read more

This pharmacy used to be premier provider but not lately. 35+ minutes on hold, indifference to customers needs especially from the manager and days of delays for prescriptions. 2 pharmacist quit (I wonder why) and won't be filled weeks about mid June 2025. I don't recommend at this time. read more

Absolutely horrible called both my prescriptions in told me the time would be ready got there and the lady just stared at the computer screen for five minutes looking like they had NO CLUE!! Then proceeded to tell me that neither one of my prescription's were ready and that one of my prescriptions they could no longer fill due the location of my doctor !! Which is a virtual Dr. I said I've never had this issue and she responded with it's always been a policy weve just not implemented it !! Absolutely ridiculous sounds like a WALGREENS PROBLEM NOT MINE!! Worst pharmacy ever!! p.s. Without my medication I'm not that friendly of an individual which could at any given time be a health concern for anyone who rubs me the wrong way Vince your ignorant employees!! Everything I'm saying applies to the pharmacy only: you are guaranteed wait with staff who doesn't really want to be there. I came one time to pick up a prescription and they said they didn't have it. Called my doctor, doctor said it was there at this location. Called Walgreens again, they insisted they didn't have it. A few days later I tell The doctor they didn't have it, the doctor called them. Walgreens came to find out they couldn't spell my name correctly and that's why they couldn't give me the medicine. That was the last straw for me. CVS, here I come. read more

I had to wait over an hour to receive a vaccine that I had made an appointment for several days in advance. What's the point of making a vaccine appointment if you have to wait forever anyways? I also had to fill out all the paperwork I had previously filled out online all over again. And the woman assisting me asked multiple times if I was here for a flu shot when that was not the vaccine I was here for. The pharmacy here is so so poorly run. read more

This review applies specifically to the pharmacy on Hardy Street in Hattiesburg, MS. However, most other Walgreens I have used lately have not been much better Absolutely the worst place to go for a prescription. Guaranteed wait 45 minutes plus. Even when they know you're waiting they do not bother to let you know your prescription is ready. Employees are rude and not helpful. I completely understand why Walgreens stock is at a 27 year low. The employee who helped me today is doing his best to drive the price lower. Dumping my WBA stock today at a loss. We deserve better as customers and stock holders. read more

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible, went in yesterday they told me 15 minutes for my prescription to be ready. So im walking around the store for 40 minutes then i go back to the pharmacy and sit and wait, and there were people being told to wait as i sat down. 30 more minutes go by and theres 6 people who got there 40 minutes after me getting there meds??? then i finally get mine and its not all of my medicine. i tell her and she goes "Oh thats because our truck is late we dont have that medicine" im like ok why couldnt you have told me that when i got here over an hour ago. literally bs read more

Everyone is doing their best. The line is always going to be longer than inside. No one is ever sitting or seen not working. The volume of prescriptions is high with both a hospital and clinics around the corner. And often ppl are early for pickup which puts strain on getting things on time. But A for effort. read more
