Public bathrooms also available without locks and mostly clean. It's tucked in the spider web like road structures within the UCI system. Convenient to those who live on or right off campus such as employees with residence. Unless you live in the vicinity, it's best to dine out and shop elsewhere. Not somewhere a non UCI affiliate has much business with such as myself.

Loved the different booths of various samples of food, drinks, raffles, and activities for all ages. Really fun event. We can't wait to attend next year again. Best part is, it was free!

The Center is anchored by Ralphs and CVS. There's also a new kebob place which is REALLY busy... a Corner Bakery, Juice it Up, Coffee Bean, Einstein Bros Bagels, Rubio's, a pilates place, Flame Broiler, Pick Up Stix, Fresh Brothers pizza, etc. There's a decent amount of dining places that are convenient to the neighboring Park Plaza office complex. [Parking]: There's a designated parking structure for the village. The rate is $10.00 for the first hour, $2.50 each 15 minutes, and $50.00 daily max. Visitors can get a complimentary all day self-parking when spending $250 or more at any of retail merchants within the village - just show receipt(s) totaling $250 or more to the parking attendant. Complimentary 1 hour self-parking with validation with any tenant listed in the Lido Marina Village's directory. [IMPORTANT SPECIAL NOTE]: Herst Coffee Roasters does NOT validate the parking ticket! Only the following dine & drink places validate: Circle Hook, La La Land Kind Cafe (coming soon), Lido Bottle Works, Malibu Farm, Nobu, Skal Pizza, and Zinque. Basically there's no easy "affordable" way to get your ticket validated except for one tip. [PARKING TIP]: I was able to get a free validation at Malibu Farm Lido Home Collection. The outdoor seating area is very nice with plenty of shaded areas so you can grab your food to go and eat outside. You can also sit with a view of the lake. In addition, there is a grocery store if you need to do some last minute shopping. The parking lot is plentiful and restrooms are very clean. It's usually not too crowded either during the week. The shopping plaza is patrolled by some security people which is nice.

The shopping center contains Wholesome Choice Market (Persian), Carl's Jr., Wells Fargo & Bank Of The West, Mag's Donuts, Rite-Aid, Ace Hardware, Taco Co., Class 302 & Kingfu Master (Taiwanese), Poke Me, and Ameci Pizza & Pasta. On any give day, there are ppl of all ethnicities and ages such as Persian, Chinese, Retired/Mature/Vets to name a few. The real draw is the Wholesome Choice market that brings fresh veggies and protein for less that BigBox grocery stores. The eating area has about 4-5 different ethnic foods to choice from with Kingfu Master housed inside at the end of the building. It took all of 2 and a half minutes. No one else was parked in the other pickup spots. I asked if I had enough time to pick up lunch from the poke place. She shook her head no. Really? You can't spare 5 minutes for me to give the shopping center some extra business? There was clearly no one waiting for the parking spot and I'm talking to you. I'm not trying to spend the next 15 minutes holding the spot. But that's fine. I'll take my money elsewhere.
