Park Place at the Ridge is the restaurant at the Ridge at Castle Pines golf course. Nestled in the pines at elevation in Castle Pines, Park Place has incredible views overlooking the 18th fairway and the Rampart Range in the distance, and is a perfect neighborhood hangout. During golf season the bar and patio is a nice 19th hole destination, but the restaurant attracts its own patrons for lunch and dinner. When the weather is nice the expansive patio is excellent, but the cozy indoor lounge is a great place to meet friends and enjoy a nice meal. There is occasional live music (Friday evenings on the patio in the summer and fall are especially fun). The menu includes a number of starters, salads, sandwiches, and main dishes. I've tried the French Onion Dip and the the Flatbread, and both are good. The Strawberry Caprese is a great salad. You can't go wrong with the Ridge Burger, and I've also enjoyed the Blackened Salmon and the Crunchy Peanut Quinoa (worth a try, even if you aren't the vegetarian type - it's good!). The menu could be a big more robust, and they do have some nice specials during the busy season, but I think Park Place needs some more local support and year-round crowds to support the restaurant. About a mile west of the usual places in Castle Pines, Park Place is a cool option when you want to mix things up. read more

Want 72 hours without hot water, or 24 without any water at all and asking if your neighbor wants some bottled water as an introduction? STAY AWAY!! There are plenty of places in the sane price range around here so please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have lived here for 3 years and I cannot wait to finally leave. The customer service at the leasing office is nonexistent. I have never had so many rude interactions until coming here. Today they closed my own door in my face as I was talking to them. Nice, right? They will never fix anything unless you send it directly to the manager. There are roaches in between the walls that come out through the electrical sockets. They will get their crappy pest control to spray every Monday but it does nothing. Plus you have to put everything into trash bags and leave the place when they do spray. Every. Monday. Imagine every Sunday night having to basically pack up your kitchen and bathroom so they can uselessly spray and you still have roaches. The washers are always broken. The laundry card machine barely works and you can only use it during office hours. The stairwells are disgusting and no one cleans them. I could obviously go on and on but just spare yourself and run. I try to warn any new residents I see but they usually figure it out and leave quickly. UPDATE- Park Place at Expo Apartments I will not call because the main issue that made me write this was not the pest control but the rudeness of the leasing associate. Has a patio with one of the most spectacular views in Colorado. Truly breathtaking! But food is mediocre and service is minimal for bar. Two bartenders total and the waiting line is absurd. This is by far the worst complex we have ever leased with. They have no regard for their residents safety and or health and in the 2 1/2 months in which my partner and I have lived here we have already spent 5000; a portion of which were technicalities brought on by the agency themselves with THEIR roach infestation. You get what you pay for, and 930s is definitely an over shot for these apartments. The streets are overflowing with water, constantly, though with winter now here, they have frozen into ice. The complex has yet to do anything in regards to that safely hazard, no surprise. They also refuse to let you terminate your lease due to their negligence with informing you on let me say it again THEIR roach infestation. Unfortunately for my fiancé and I, we moved from out of state and were not given the opportunity to do our walk through until after the leasing paperwork was signed. Currently May 29th 2021 (I'll be having friends & family come to every review and leave the worst rating for the WORST complex of all time) I've moved out of Parkplace and I couldn't be more relieved. My whole 10 months there were absolute garbage, I got sick multiple times from all of the roaches (not really helpful cleaning your dishes and finding roaches crawling all over them laying eggs) Our food was infested with roaches EVERYDAY. Despite my efforts of spraying myself and having a family friend of ORKIN come in every month it only got worse. neighbors are cooking meth in their apartments and it reeks (Building D) children being tazed outside by police. And almost every morning a commotion a ruckus ‍ this place is absolutely embarrassing and I couldn't be more grateful to not be living there. Don't just walk away from this place run away. I could've been somewhere so much better had I read reviews and not trusted the leasing office. They don't care about you they just want money. My garbage disposal was broken the entire time I lived there and the maintenance came to fix it the last day I was moving ‍ what a joke. I also paid a maid to come in to do a move out cleaning and still got charged for a cleaning fee . HEY though you do what you want with this information. STILL currently a resident updating this on 2/5/21. And had GUM stuck to the far right door, ITS STILL THERE as I will not touch it or have no means to remove it myself. As I asked our presenter of our room (TOPIAZO) to have it cleaned by maintenance & have closet doors replaced!! Nothing was done about it HA but maintenance had a great time rummaging around the bathroom and bedroom. Still not to sure what was being done but doors are still bent and gums still there . The longer I stay the more things fall apart (oh and upsetting to admit my boyfriends bike was stolen in the parking lot in the middle of the night and there was no security and nothing could be done LMAO how unfortunate right) the bathroom paint in the shower chips off during your stay and it flakes everywhere, shelves aren't even secured properly and fall and break my belongings, the carpet falls apart during your lease & it gets dirty quick and strands start to fall out which is where they get ya with your deposit, you already know the white blinds are CRAP pipes leak constantly and maintenance never answers AT LEAST ME packages get stolen constantly around here so don't bother having them delivered, homeless people peeing on washing machines and stealing your clothes so better to not even use your laundry I always choose to rather not have the building pest control come as it really TRULY doesn't do a thing neither will spraying yourself it's all just a constant hassle the buildings are infested baby's respawn so fast the poison isn't doing anything...they think they've got it under control but it really isn't. but please just follow your gut I have many photos to follow what I've said here so feel free to contact. My heat will not turn off and my AC keep freezing because of it. Maintenance will not come help because they will be turning off the heat next week. So until then, I should just sit and live in hell in my apartment according to them. At this point, I am ready to go to arbitration or the issues I have had since moving in with bed bugs, roaches, almost every door in my apartment has fallen off the hinges and only 1 has been fixed after several maintenance requests. They respond to reviews but do not offer any real solution. So at this point, I would like to go to arbitration as I feel that they owe me money for not addressing any of my expressed issues in a timely manner. My mother and daughter were displaced due to a fire in their building on Friday along with alot of other people. I tried to talk to the office to find out any information or when my mother can at least get her purse and medical devices. I was told verbatim " what do you want me to do? I can't snap my fingers". This apartment complex has an issue with pests. All apartments on each floor connect thru the heating and cooling systems so even if you're clean you're going to have pests too. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

We have tried to justify eating here because of the view, but never again. Consistently bad service, food, and atmosphere. Simple request for no cheese on hamburger ignored, grey dry hard burger, harder stale bun, old discolored cole slaw, no french fries (although advertised) just chips, out of Makers Mark or better whisky at 6:00 p.m. on a weekend night. Online menu says "New Menu", yet it was a bar menu with very few selections. If this were a $5.00 meal I'd say, oh well, it's $5.00, but we ended up leaving and going to McDonalds. Don't open if you aren't able to serve what you advertise during the pandemic. We have also had breakfast here, and it's mediocre at best, terrible watered down coffee, runny eggs, and truly the worst, slow, inept service in town. Bugs.... I love that you have to completely clear out the kitchen, closet, and bathroom, twice a month so they can 'spray' for roaches they may just be laying traps in the places they live but either way it draws them out into the living spaces and they bite. Every time they spray they leave the refrigerator shoved into the kitchen so you can't use it and as a single female I can't put it back. It is incredibly itchy they will burrow in clothes on the floor and bite you all day too. Turn over here is crazy people regularly get of out the lease break fee because the bugs destroy furniture. There is children every where all the time I guess there is enough of them that it doesn't matter if any go missing. Make sure you dogs are fully vaccinated before bringing them here I've never seen any one pick up dog poop. That's when the dogs poop outside not on the third floor hall way. People smoke inside and in the hall ways. I feel bad for the lady who cleans the buildings. Parking lot is an ice rink in the winter no one knows how to park. I would not call it safe for your vehicle, self, items. And prices are going up! This is another one that doesn't deserve a star at all. I would NOT recommend this apartment, if I could rate it lower, I would. Yes it can be somewhat affordable but they don't include the utilities until you see the bill the second month. I rented at this apartment for about 6 months and couldn't deal with the environment anymore. Once you move in, you find it infested with roaches and things start to break. The office people are kind but very unreliable. You can input a work order online in their portal to get things fixed but won't contact you so you have to call the office. A couple of the mail boxes were broken into including mine and I reported it, they honestly didn't care because they kept pushing it off and nothing was done until our move out date. So mail was stolen and I just stopped having it be sent there. The air conditioner smells like feet and barely gives the apartment a cold feeling. The laundry room is horrible. The washing machines were either broken or didn't wash the clothes very well. The dryer machines will eat your money because you have to keep drying after 40 or 45 minutes, they would leave your clothes damp each time. It was always busy because of all that. After moving out, we had to throw away most of our furniture because we didn't want to risk bringing roaches to our new home which was disappointing and wasteful. Also when doing any paper work with them, make sure to have a clear understanding for yourself because they will f*** you over. You can't relay on their explaining, they will reassure you on everything but based on your own information. These pictures look nothing like the apartments, these are way too edited. With my experience in this apartment complex, I do not recommend living here especially if you care for loud noise, kids throwing rocks at your door, and not a clean environment. read more

As a teen seeking a place to stay quickly, I signed up for an apartment here June 2013. The location was very attractive. (Near Havana gardens, aurora mall, i225 etc) I should start by saying I lived in building A and that the roaches are immortal. After countless sprays, they return with friends regardless of how clean you are. Maintenance is really good about fixing things. However the buildings were built a very long time ago so things are always breaking. Laundry rooms are absolutely disgusting in building A. Kids run through the complex during the warmer days unattended and they're noisy. People keep pets and don't pick up the poop in the grass so never walk through it. TRASH EVERYWHERE from lazy residents. Rent goes up after every lease. I moved out Jan2015 My first experience of living on my own is ruined and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
