Sad experience with the Easter Bunny here. The folks working the camera were not paying any attention to us or our son when it was his turn to sit with the Easter Bunny. Finally, after two minutes they finally paid attention to us but by then our son was upset and scared of the bunny (he just turned 2 years old). The one picture they took of him looks horrible and embarrassing - the picture is blurry and was taken when he was crying instead of when he first sat down and was smiling with the Easter Bunny, but photographer took so long because she was chatting with her friends that it ruined the picture and the experience. I told her I didn't like the picture, and she said there's nothing she can do and contact customer service. I asked customer service for a partial reimbursement but they refused, and offered to go visit and take another picture which is not possible because of my work schedule. Zero stars. The kiosk worker at the hair straightener station is aggressively pushy and hostile. Bullies employees of other stores in the mall into buying straighteners. Including pulling someone with health conditions closer to the station and began straightening their hair without consent. Refusing to call a manager to return items after returning with another person. Pushy hostile salesmen are terrible and going to lead to bigger issues. Just trying to get to work or shop calmly on a day off is a horrible business practice. This is what gives these types of sales booths a bad reputation. read more

This mall is large, welcoming, and the food court is larger than some other malls we've been to in the area. They have an amazon store, which we found really cool! Definitely didn't miss people trying to steam my clothes, do my hair or want me to wash my hands LOL. The vistas which is right outside of the mall has a yard house, American girl doll store and some other high end restaurants. Oh they even have valet parking on this side. However all the parking around the mall is free! Woo!! read more

Huge and very nice mall. They were two sections to the mall connected by a long indoor walkway. Most malls you need to walk plenty especially the big ones and this one was no exception. I though all around the stores were pretty high endy but definitely one side more than the other. Too many stores to list but this mall seemed to have everything. Park Meadows is a nice mall to shop at in my opinion. They have lots of parking, however you're going to find more spots in the outskirts of the parking lot which that happens to be at almost any place. They have a covered parking structure as well. There are so many different eateries in the surrounding location. The main mall has a larger food court and most of those eateries are open and unfortunately some are vacant. Many of the shops I frequent happen to be all in this one spot which is a bonus for myself. They have a Mac make up, Williams Sonoma, Nordstrom's, Hot topic , Pottery Barn, Lolli & Pops candy store , Disney store and many other large brand-name stores. It has never been crowded when I've visited and stores are limiting their patrons for Covid safety. Each time I've came I see cleaning constantly! It is a very lovely set up and the design is California Craftsmen style. In the winter mice huge hearth fireplaces keep the mall comfortable and not cold. I have yet to see it in a busy holiday shopping season so I'm curious how the crowds will be. read more

I'd love to give this mall a higher rating but every time I enter I feel like i'm being bombarded. Many people do not follow the mask regulation while not in stores, they just stand around and crowd making it a bit difficult to navigate. This is a huge mall with a suburban audience focus. Since I'm not a suburban type of person I mainly come here for the Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom and so I end up here on occasion when my Nordstrom app tells me they have something here I can pickup. Back to the mall itself there's kids stores, shoe stores and regular mall favorites but I probably visit here once a year. I do like the Colorado flavor of the facility and the food court is vast. The center is clean and parking is readily available. Park Meadows is above average in many areas. I guess I go to Cherry Creek Mall more just cause it caters to my tastes more but it's all a matter of opinion. This place is great overall. read more

Went here on 1/7/11. This mall has pretty much the same stores as most malls - Apple, Forever 21, Williams-Sonoma, Dillard's, etc. What sets this mall apart is that it's really gorgeous inside. No, I'm not talking about Las Vegas' Crystals' upscale palooza, but the architecture and design is a very pretty craftmen style. There's a huge stone fireplace in the food court, beautiful fountains and faux trees. It's like being in a mountain chalet - just one that you can buy overpriced, Chinese-made wares in. Parking is a bit squished - even though there's a ton of parking, most of it is filled all day long. read more

Plenty of parking, Valet options too and lots of stores and restaurants. I really like the outdoor store/restaurant them tied into the main mall. Not too many places are like that. Not even Cherry Creek. There are plenty of security guards around, plenty of parking and 99% of spaces are full. Sad to see California Pizza Kitchen gone but still got plenty of choices. Hubby and I came here two separate times when we visited Denver. Parking is free, that's a good thing. When we first came here we both felt that it was cozy, maybe because of the wood fixtures everywhere. We visited many of the stores such as Apple, Microsoft, Amazon. I mean most of these stores are the same everywhere. We did purchase a tie and shirt for hubby from Macy's. They had a great deal on men's shirts and ties 60% off. Nordstroms was our first choice but their prices on ties and shirt were ridiculous! BUT...the guy in the men's department was super nice and helpful. He even gave us a tutorial on folding men's dress shirts. We visited Berry Blendz smoothie place inside and their juices were delicious! Park Meadows also has a Tesla showroom that actually houses 4 Teslas and you can actually order one there! We'll be back when we come back to visit for sure! read more

I'm a local in Colorado and also Lone Tree now, and my family has spent thousands on thousands of dollars over the years here. Multiple family birthday parties were even thrown at California Cafe (closed), Cheesecake Factory, Pf Chang's, Champs (closed), Earls, Brio, Grand Lux Cafe (closed), White Chocolate Grill, and The Counter (closed). I was a 7 year old with my parents when the grand opening was going on and I have pictures even!!! They're known to allow dogs in, and my exact dog in question has even met other security guards, kids, and shoppers no problem before at this mall. Many many times. I've also been employed at the mall and seen dogs come and go on a daily basis. No service vest needed. Last night a security guard not only was a complete pos to my friend and me with the dog, but threatened he "couldn't promise" another "officer" wouldnt literally take my dog from me if we didn't leave. We were just going in to buy donuts btw where the wannabe police officer was standing around, just chatting away with the sales lady. Sorry Mr. Donuts but you lost around a 40$+ sale last night as well because of this. Didn't help how your new sales lady acted either. This is such a beautiful mall with many mini shops and big chain stores like Dicks sporting goods, Macy and Nordstrom. The food court is huge and has many selections to choose from. What is up with that classical strings guy that is always outside of Nordstrom selling his CD's, he spooks me out, but his music is nice. Funny thing is that it is the men who are stuck listening to the music because they are waiting for their wives, daughter, and girlfriends to come out of Nordstrom or Anthropologie. The guy selling the music has long stringy hair and seems nice, but kind of wigs me out at the same time... I don't know, maybe that means I am strangely attracted to him, I mean dang, I just wrote an entire paragraph about him, so I guess that is flattering. Park Meadows has a food court, but nothing in comparison to Flatirons, this food court has a lot of explaining to do, a lot that's for sure. With all the other yummy chains near by, it is no wonder that the food court is not updated, you simply cant compete with hearty ol' California pizza kitchen and Costco... I mean, why pay for food when you can head over to Costco and get free food? Come to the mall on a cold cold Colorado winter day and warm yourself up to chain stores that we all can't get enough of. * Star one is for having Nordstrom's... Usually I would give Park Meadows 3 or 4 stars, but not today. My ex-husband, John, has orthopedic foot problems and went to the Walking Company for specialty athletic shoes. He is 74 years old. He was ignored by the saleswoman for 10 minutes when he entered the store, even though he was the only customer. When a woman customer came in, she went over to help her. When John complained that he was there first and she hadn't offered to help him, she ignored him and helped the woman, who took her time, chatted up the clerk, etc. John waited for about 15 minutes. The customer excused her own rude behavior with a mind-boggling remark, "I'm sure you don't mind letting ladies go first." Sure, isn't this 1930? (She was about 50 years old). Ageism? Sexism against men? Discrimination against people with physical disabilities? Just plain boorish behavior? When customers are rude to you as well, that is a new low in a store experience. I am putting this on Park Meadows' website as well as the Walking Company's because the Walking Company's comments are unclaimed and who knows if they even bother to read them? Also I noticed similar comments about rude treatment going back for years, so this is not a new issue with this store. Probably because they are a specialty store, they include shoes for people with physical or developmental foot problems, they are still able to survive at the mall while the wonderful Borders book store and Hallmark have closed. They were bright spots in what is apparently becoming a more dreary experience. You wouldn't think, in the year 2020, that you would have to ask for basic humanity and fairness from a shoe store clerk, or a shoe store customer for that matter, but it was missing at the Walking Company. Surely at Park Meadows you want customers to have a nice day, not a legendary tale of rude treatment. And by the way, the clerk finally waited on John and he left the store with a $165 pair of shoes, which he really needed for his foot problems. John and I are the parents of a disabled adult son and we need to be able to walk with him so he will have exercise, he can't go alone. So, Park Meadows........why? why? why? read more

The whole store does not open till 10 M-F. Early birds, don't come here before 10 like I did. Lol. I love this mall, more so than the Cherry Creek Mall. They have way more stores here than CCM and the food court is bigger. This mall reminds me of my local mall in SoCal and the parking is out side. This mall is ok and has some decent stores but it is much more convenient for your shopping needs to go to Flatirons in north of town. There are little train type things to take you across the street to Best Buy and other stores. I guess I don't understand mall management too. The new light rail goes past this mall which most people would think would help increase shopping volume but the mall opposed it thinking it would cause too much traffic to just get on the trains. So you have to walk about a mile and a half and take a bus or whatever that really is not close at all at a stop far away. Luckily customers won out and has a stop right by the mall these days. Woo Hoo! Still going to Flatirons though. read more

Don't shop Q, down by the Apple store. They are cheap. Everything is poor quality. It breaks easily. And then they won't return or even give store credit. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. It should not be a store in this gorgeous high class mall. They also treat their customers like they are stupid and don't matter to them. It was a horrible experience.
