Last night they had entertainment outside and the weather was delightful and we were able to experience the Bourne River Morris Men. It added so much charm to our visit. This is a 400-year-old structure that has been updated so you have all the amenities that you need. Each room has its own name. We stayed in the Fossil Forest.

We both had the fish pie and rated it very highly. It was full of fish (not sure if local, but tasty nonetheless), and piled high with creamy, cheesy mash - perfect! If you are staying in Lulworth Cove, I recommend this place. It's slightly further afield (away from the Cove itself), about a 10 min walk along the main road, but definitely worth heading in that direction for. I was very pleased to find the hotel has free wifi for guests and the real ale in the bar was very well kept. I had a nice starter and a butternut squash and goats cheese risotto in the restaurant and enjoyed the food very much. As this Inn is right in the middle of Corfe it is ideal for exploring the beautiful castle which is just outside the pub and rises over the garden of the inn.
